I ordered the trio with two sandwiches and chicken fries. The burger looked fine, but the chicken sandwich did not. The mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich appeared dried, congealed, and absorbed into the breading, as if it had been sitting out under heat for a while.This was noticeably different from the other sandwich in the same order.
Because of the appearance and concern for food safety, I did not eat it. I called the store to report the issue, but the response was dismissive. I was repeatedly told the sandwich was “fresh” and “made personally,” without addressing the condition I described or showing concern.
I have photos documenting the condition. I hope management reviews both food handling and how customer concerns are handled at this location.

Waited over 30 minutes for a SpongeBob meal and a spicy chicken warp was nothing but oil they had to be crazy to think somebody would eat that. the drink was melted when the food came out. lady in the drive thruu with the blonde hair very nice but the wait time is crazyyyyyy

I visited this location right at the start of lunch. Staff members were very friendly. The front counter was empty at first however I was acknowledged as soon as the lady saw me. Dining area was very clean food was made fresh love hot fresh fries!!!! To top it all off the cook was wearing gloves and hair covering.

This location serves raw chicken sandwiches. I’m very angry. My granddaughter ate half of her chicken sandwich before she realized the entire chicken patty was 100% raw! I’m talking about fresh out of the farm yard raw! You can’t get a live person on the phone. You can’t contact corporate. This is the absolute worst burger king in Pensacola Florida. I seriously hope and pray my granddaughter doesn’t get sick or end up in the hospital. Zero customer support.

I placed an online order for this location. As I waited in line 15 to 20 minutes, received my order and left the drive-through. Immediately my drink was incorrect, but I let that go. When I got home to season my burger, somebody clearly took bites out of my tomatoes, probably as some sort of sick joke. When I went back to the establishment to launch my complaint, I was met with very undesirable customer service. I do not recommend eating at this location.

This is I believe the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Out of many items I wanted to order (same for the car in front of me, which did order and then just drove off mad) and the staff was unfriendly. I ended up just getting a whopper and it took nearly 10 minutes. I’m no expert, but that whopper should take 1 minute or less. I guess the only bonus is it tasted ok (not the best I’ve had, but I didn’t vomit, so it gets 2 stars.)

My food came out right on time, I barely had to wait. It was hot and fresh and tasted really good which was nice because I was hungry. The service was really good, the employees were so nice to me. I’d definitely recommend coming here over the other burger kings in the area.

Terrible food and costumer service. Ordered 3 large fries and 1 large soda, 2 of the fries were old and not hot. Had to wait for the 3rd fry to finish. I told the staff that the fries were not good and old, to take them because I would not eat them, I just wanted fresh fries. They left me without giving me an answer. When I went through the drive through again. The manager stated “You at one whole French fry, I cannot give you free food. You can buy some more…”. I stated I didn’t want free food JUST FRESH FRIES, I wasn’t going to eat old food. The manger stated “I was there when they dropped them”. Then why did I have to wait for more fries if these were fresh?
They need some serious training in costumer service, as well as food preparation and professionalism.

We came in with a fairly large group and the food came out quickly. The staff was very patient with my husband and I’s complicated orders, as well as very friendly. Definitely recommend this BK.

The service took 30 minutes for one SpongeBob meal and no one was in line in front of us waiting for food. They didn’t know how to ring up the combo meal and kept on adding wrong stuff to the screen and then when we paid for the food, we were told to pull around and wait by the double doors and we waited in the car for 30 minutes before our food came out and I kept bringing food out to everyone else’s car.
