.I stopped by Burger King expecting fast food, but I didn’t realize I needed to clear my schedule for the day. The line moved so slowly that I had time to question my life choices, check my phone about 47 times, and seriously consider growing my own potatoes and raising a cow instead.
I completely understand that restaurants get busy, but the pace here was something else. There didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency at all, and the wait just kept getting longer and longer. At one point I started wondering if the burgers were being handcrafted one sesame seed at a time.
A little efficiency and customer service would go a long way. People come to Burger King for quick, convenient food — not a test of patience. Hopefully management can help speed things up, because right now the “fast” part of fast food seems to be missing.

This is my local Burger King. Tonight I got a delicious Texas double Whopper, add HEAVY vegetables! For me, when you are going with a double patty, compensation must be made for a proper meat/veggie ratio. The crew pulled this off perfectly. Nice and salty crispy fresh fries topped this meal off beautifully.

Harmony made the experience phenomenal. I am rarely led to leave a review however this experience definitely yielded it. All of the associates were very friendly and our food was great! I just wanted to do a shoutout to Harmony bc she really went above and beyond for me and my family. Her attention to detail and the questions she asked when I was ordering for myself and my family was phenomenal!! I wish my local BK in Texas had associates like this girl. I would eat there much more often!!

Yes when I received my food it was piping hot. But the woman in the drive-thru put no napkins no ketchup or salt and pepper condiments in my bag because she was too busy playing on her phone which is a no-brainer for me that someone who frequenced this particular Burger King location on a regular basis if this is what I have to deal with on a nightly basis I’m just going to change locations or perfectly go across the street to cookout. That phone was more important to her and she didn’t even look me into my eye when she gave me my food she was too busy playing on the phone. Wednesday December 3rd 11:00 p.m.

I often visit this location for breakfast or lunch, and have done so for a while now. Honestly, Ive never really had any complaints about anything and still do not. However, over the last month or two I have noticed some changes worth talking about. First of all, I noticed a knew face working with a wonderful smile. Falon is her name and she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct, and even brought me a napkin and refilled my drink while I was dining in. What she didnt know is that I was having a terrible day, and her kind gesture and friendly attitude rubbed off on me. The other thing that really caught my eye was how clean the dining area appeared to be. Its never overly dirty, but the floors seem to sparkle, the windows were clear, and not one piece of trash on a empty table. My experience has been really great lately, and I will continue to visit this location.

Came here and got one burger. There was 2 people on the make line and there was no one else in the restaurant really. They messed the burger up the first time by adding a topping i asked not to have. Then the second time they completely forgot the bacon on a Bacon King. I dont understand how 2 people can mess up one Singular sandwich twice in a row with no other orders to make.

My experience was not bad at all. When I went in there’s hardly no one inside and no line at all. So I pretty took my time ordering since I was getting a free whopper from T-Mobile Tuesday. The guy working was ok and seems like he knew what to do since he had stopped at what he was doing stocking the condiments. Overall the food was ok and my fries were hot when I got it.

The food was horrible! I am so disappointed because I ordered for myself and grandson. It was 9am and no cars in drive thru and maybe 3 cars in parking lot. The French toasts sticks were so hard grandson could not bite them. The croissant bottom portion was hard as a rock. Also the hash round were soggy as if they were dipped in grease to make them hot. Just horrible.
