Whoppers certainly aren’t what they used to be… The sandwich itself is pretty small these days!
Service was just ok, no smile or pleasantries. This store wasn’t busy at 12.40pm Wednesday lunch time, a few in the drive through and 2 people waiting inside.
The store was dirty, with unclean tables. I waited 10 minutes for my food and ate inside. Nobody attempted to clean any mess from the floor or tables the entire time i was there.
The 2 stars are for the sandwich being made correctly and it was warm when I sat down to eat it.

I visited Burger King Store #6648 on Brent Lane around 1:00 AM on 12/4/25 and didn’t receive my food until 1:50 AM. It took about 20 minutes just for the cashier to come to the mic. When he finally did, he told me the drink machine had been down for months, so I substituted the drink with no issue.

When I got to the window, he told me to pull around and wait. I simply asked how long the wait would be, since I was on my lunch break. He immediately got frustrated and repeated, “Ma’am, it’s only two of us. I don’t know,” even after I asked if he could at least give me an estimate. He eventually said he would bring it out in 20 minutes.

Twenty minutes later, the cook brought out my order — not the cashier — and the tater tots were missing. The burger itself was made correctly and tasted good, but the sides were wrong. When I told the cook, he snatched the bag and asked what I wanted, then disappeared for another 10 minutes. The cashier finally came out with a heavy bag containing a whole extra burger and fries, not the items I was missing. I had to explain again that I just needed the tater tots and my pie.

At that point, the cashier became loud, defensive, and dismissive, using hand gestures, raising his voice, and repeatedly telling me “bye ma’am” as if I was the problem. I remained calm the entire time and even told him I understood they were busy — I’ve worked fast food before. I didn’t mind waiting for quality food, but the attitude and lack of basic respect were unnecessary.

On top of everything, I received no receipt and no napkins.

Overall: Poor customer service, unprofessional attitude, and unnecessary hostility, especially when I was patient the whole time. The food was fine, but the experience was not. This location could really benefit from some customer-service training and a bit more grace toward customers

Came through drive through, ordered Bacon King, Whopper with pickle or onion, and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches no lettuce, got all the way home and had 2 bacon burgers with some kind of onion stuff on it instead of my chicken sandwiches. Called the store about it, they wanted me to drive back and bring the food to remake my order correctly. Im not driving back 30 min, thats why i called. Just sad that you cant understand how you get back burger with onion, from crispy chicken sandwich. Horrendous service, and no customer support.

The manager here is exactly who they need for this location. She’s a good team leader, and keeps the local “loitering riff-raff’ from entering to “milk sympathy” for their poor choices. I feel safer dropping by there after my Bible study now.
This team keeps the place clean, and the food is fresh every time. Kudos to them!

Terrible attitudes. Had to come back thru drive thru 3 times broken foot, for sauce and correct meal… they brought me out the wrong thing then told me go back thru drive thru for it so they didnt have to walk me my food back… what a waste

Vegans please avoid this location. If you are trying to order an Impossible Whopper (without mayo) they will find a way to mess up your order. Or they might even give you a meat burger. The customer service skills are lacking. Seriously, other locations can do better.
