It was not a very good drive thru experience. We ordered 2 whopper combos with sweet tea and an order of chicken nuggets with ranch. My whopper had no onions, and our buns were terribly dry. The chicken nuggets were overcooked, and we didn’t receive our ranch or a receipt for our order. Also, the sweet tea tasted like sweetened soap water. Sorry, but we will not be going back, and that is a shame because we really like Burger King.

We come to this location every day literally and today was the worst experience ever. We sat in the togo line pulled all the way to the front and have been waiting for food for 30min. If we hadn’t already paid we would’ve left but this is bs…. We will not be back for a long time… On top of everything they still haven’t brought us our food because now they don’t have the buns for the melts…. I am so disappointed with the management and staff. Upon getting the food the burgers were burnt black and they tried to cover it with massive sauce…

Words simply don’t do justice to the amount of times this store has managed to completely fumble orders, leave customers waiting, and simply forget entire aspects of the store. I’m not sure if perhaps this is a franchise store and simply doesn’t have the budget or quality control of a corporate location, but either way an entire flush of the current staff is for sure in order.
The only reason I’ve continued to frequent this location is simply due to the convenience of its proximity to my house, but with a McDonald’s being built just beside it, it’s time for this store to shape up or ship out.

Food was made while we waited and was very good. Employees were awsome! Friendly, helpful and smiles. We had a whopper and chicken fries with cheeze fries. Alexis at the counter made us feel welcome and comfortable, so we ate in that day.

You guys, I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this because I didn’t wanna forget. It’s 12:30P, I ordered a #5 Whopper add cheese, the speaker in the drive thru was a little sheisty but once she got my order and I paid at the first window, I couldn’t even stop at the 2nd window and the smiling faces were already waiting with my piping hot fries and perfectly correct burger and order. I don’t even stop at BK like that but I am IMPRESSED! Stop thru the drive thru and tell them T Sent you.

Worst experience ever! I threw away my food in fear it was tampered with. The workers Mercedes was very rude and doesn’t belong in the service industry.

Drive through experience was bad for both the times that I came here. First time drink order was messed up and second time, didn’t need to wait minutes to be attended to on a slow morning where I just wanted an iced coffee. It’s amazing how management still doesn’t do anything about this burger king location after all it’s bad reviews.
