If I could give them a negative number I would. I waited 23 minutes for 2 whopper Jr’s 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and three fries. When I got the food the fries were cold and the hamburgers were almost raw, had not one grill mark.showing they had been cooked, and they had no condiments on the whoppers.
I went back yeaterday talked to the manager and she refused to replace the food or give me my money back. I asked for the corporate phone number I got a local number that went straight to voicemail and they still have yet to return my call!!! One last thing, three people came behind me and got their orders almost immediately and they ordered whoppers

Went to the drive thru at about 10:30pm on Dec 16. Only two employees were working, but this was hands down the best fast food experience we’ve had in a looonnngggg time. The employee explained the short staffing, apologized for the brief wait, and went above and beyond to make sure my kids got their toys. Excellent customer service and appreciation for staff who truly care.

I ordered the new Jack-O-Lantern Whopper through doordash today. I received two cold burgers with NO bacon and cold fries. My onion rings were the only warm item. Doordash doesn’t offer refunds for restaurants who rip you off, I’m starting to think restaurants like this burger king, are taking advantage of this. No bacon was extremely disappointing and changed my whole experience!

I just came through the drive-through at this location and the cashier literally cursed me out because he wanted me to move out of the drive-through For the second time! It wasn’t my fault that you forgot to place my order correctly. I will never eat at this location again! Also, the food was garbage! The fish sandwich as well as the onion rings were both not fully cooked! Ratchet!

Im going to post from my older son viewpoint as I no longer eat BK or Mickey Dee’s but I must say the service at this establishment on Xmas Day with the only thing being open and the line long was so super friendly that we didnt even care about the wait. He also enjoyed the food apparently.

Love the onion rings!!! Best grill burger period. Out of all the burger chains as well as restaurants, no one beats Burger King’s Whopper with cheese. Wendy’s have great Singles but they lack that flame-broiled/grilled taste. Come here for the perfect burger.
