On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 8:50 PM I went to pick up an order I had placed online. I was in so much pain because of PCOS, but I got my mom to drive me even though she herself had a rough day. Just to be treated like crap for something that should have been a minor inconvenience. We went through the drive-thru, we had never picked up an order from here so we weren’t aware that we had to wait at the menu area? Also no one spoke to us at the speakers so instead of waiting we just went forward, since it was only for pickup. When we got to the window the lady stared at us like we were insane or from a different planet for a minor error. I very nicely said “hi! I have an order for (name)” and in a VERY RUDE tone all she said was “Next time make sure you wait and give us time to answer.” I know it doesn’t sound too bad but it’s the way that she said it and looked at us like scum. I just apologized because I was already in pain and I don’t like confrontation, but i literally went back home crying. The way she talked to us wasn’t okay, so I am leaving a review, in case she treats other people like that. Especially after seeing this place only has 3 stars. Makes sense. But anyway if you have a stronger heart than me you should still go here because the food was good. Just that one worker was rude.

Today I went to pick up an order and that employee never paid attention to me. I spoke to him several times telling him I came for an order I made, and he always pretended I didn’t exist. Very bad service.

The food is made fresh to order and is served promptly. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Management is solid and leads their team well, as well as not being afraid to be hands-on when it comes to work and customer satisfaction. The remodel is nice as well.

Worst customer service!!! We went through the line and were told to move our car back after placing our order. Waited 20 minutes to get an incorrect order I go inside to get the other half of the order that was missing, three items. They were so slow, that I asked for refund. Again, very slow service. Also, no gloves used to handle the food. I asked for a number to call. Again, slow on giving information. Worst Burger King location! Do not go here!

This was the most horrible experience my family and I have ever had at any Burger King. Just 30 minutes ago, we ordered 2 small Whopper combos. The customer service was not friendly. She was agitated for some reason. The onion rings were so hard, it could have chipped my teeth. The sandwiches were both cold and not fixed as we requested. It was not a good experience, even after we sat and waited for service and food. I called the store to let them know if the poor service and quality of food but no one answered. This is unacceptable!

First time at this location. All we wanted was a 12pc chicken fry and a large onion ring. It started with, “we have no change today”. We were there between 12:30-1:30p today. Once we placed our order, they were quick to take my money and then made us pull forward and wait 15-20 minutes for the two items we requested. The chicken fries were tore up all folded into the package. The onion rings were undercooked, but hot atleast. I would tell you who the drive-through was and how long it took to get food, but i was not given a receipt. When I asked if one was available, I was told no. Thanks for the reminder that I should not go to BurgerKing. Very disappointing. Your employee was miserable. Why be there if you hate it. Just quit.
