This is by far the worst burger king. And when I mean the worst place with the most predator most rudest additudes ever I mean it. I went into this burger king to pee. Just to pee. I was in their bathroom less then 2 minutes. I kid you not. When I walked out of this bathroom to a girl staring at me and watching me through the window to their back room (which is on the door in the hallway with the bathroom doors) it made me so extremely uncomfortable. And when I walked back out to my car I started getting screamed at and yelled at that I didn’t buy anything. My boyfriend then came out of the men’s bathroom also being screamed at for not buying anything and I mean these employees where yelling at us for using the bathroom less than 2 minutes. Just to pee. We got accused of being in the same bathroom together …? And then again told we didn’t buy anything and we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom. They threatened to call the cops on us and said the police where coming. I’m telling you I spent less than a total of 5 to 7 minutes in this parking lot all together and got harassed, I felt like I was being stalked by the way the younger dude girl was watching me through the windows. I have never had such an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. All because I pulled off to pee.
There where absolutely no signs stating I had to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom. What so ever. And I’ve used the bathroom in places that keep their doors locked and have never been told or made to buy anything. It’s just such an out dated rule no body uses at all anymore. I would 100% recommend just going anywhere else. Even the Wendy’s next door. Their way cooler and chiller. I could have bought something but really didn’t think me peeing was going to impead on the employee of Burger King so so much. And I definitely wasn’t giving them my money after being harassed and screamed at like that.

Absolute worse service, i was told to
Hold at the drive through and they forgot about me. Don’t know who manages that store but they need to be trained as well as their workers. This is not the first time ive had a bad experience there but from the looks of other reviews Burger King doesn’t care about customers. Don’t recommend going there!

I always have excellent service here. I order through the app and the food is always ready when I arrive and there has never been a single mistake in my order. The employees are always so friendly too, which is rare to see at a fast food restaurant. They even bring my order to me while I’m waiting in line at the drive thru, which is pretty amazing. So yeah, best Burger King around, and I will absolutely keep going back.

On Nov 16 at approximately 1145 pm, I went through the drive thru just before closing. Upon arrival I asked if it was too late to order and the young lady working the drive thru was super nice and took my order. The food was freshly cooked and probably one of the best I’ve gotten from a BK in a long time.

Idk who works night shift around 11pm but I had ordered two kids meals n a chicken sandwich combo and the meat was old and nasty it looked and tasted like porkchop and my kids were missing their Apple juice for their kids meals pay attention! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not that you would expect much from a fast food restaurant. The girl who took my order in the drive through and that I paid was extremely nice and polite..However, i sat waiting in the drive through for twenty minutes.Waiting for my food because the person at the second window was outside the door standing in the drive through talking to a friend or family member. After she completed her conversation, she walked in got my food.That is now cold and walked it out to my car.Apparently at this burger king, they do not use the drive through window.They walk in and out of the side.Door and hand youYour food sounds like a safety hazard to me.But whatever eat at your own risk

I went through the drive-through, and the woman on the intercom was already very short with myself and the people in my car. She had a very difficult time taking my order, and then low-key kind of glared at us through the window. We paid for an impossible whopper meal in a 10 piece chicken nugget. When we pull up to the next window, we are directed to go to a parking spot and wait there which is no problem. However, when we get our meal, it is just a whopper meal with the incorrect tag on it. Instead of an impossible whopper, it said it was a normal whopper, and we had no chicken nuggets in the bag. When we went inside, and questioned the integrity of our meal whoever was behind the counter told us that it was indeed an impossible whopper. So then we just got our 10 piece Chicken nugget. However, once we got into the car and my friend began to eat her “impossible whopper“ she really questioned it being an impossible whopper. So then I had a bite of the whopper and confirmed that it was not the impossible whopper. Then she proceeded to throw up in a target bathroom. And when I tried to call the Burger King location that we were at, it said the line was busy and I have been trying over the last hour and a half. They should really be more considerate for their vegetarian customers. This is unacceptable, and I believe they know they’re in the wrong because they were so snippy about it. Overall, I would say that this Burger King really doesn’t care about its customers experience. What if, my friend had a severe allergy? And what if they messed up somebody else’s order who had a severe dairy allergy? Just because it wasn’t a life-threatening scenario doesn’t mean that that one day it can’t be.

Worst Service Experience Ever
I visited this Burger King and had one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. I sat at the first window for over 20 minutes with no one acknowledging me. When I pulled up to the next window, I waited another 10 minutes before an employee—who I believe was the manager—told me I needed to drive all the way back around the line to pay instead of letting me pay there. After waiting that long, this was unacceptable customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until major improvements are made in customer service and management.

Very rude service.
After waiting about 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. I was told to leave because I had a service dog. The manager told me that no dogs permitted at all.!!!
I am handicapped, and the dog is a registered service dog.
I hope somebody from ADA Reviews this comment and talks to the manager.
