Went through drive thru and ordered off value menu. Its says $4.99 for double cheeseburger value meal. Was told that it was not $5. Says it plain as day on the menu. Big advertisement picture of it. False advertisings or change your sign. When I questioned it I got an attitude about it. Thanks for reminding me why I should not eat there. I shouldn’t expect more out of your business. The staff let us and another customer stand at the counter for over 10 minutes, walked by several times, never offered a word about ordering. So, we finally entered our order on screen and to pay at counter. 15 minutes later no order came, others were waiting too. 5 minutes more, no food so walked out. The most apathetic bunch ever. What is happening to Burger King? The past few months the one in Palm Coast was out of whopper buns, twice!

Worse burger king by far. Not only is it always dirty with spills everywhere. But service is almost non existent. My simple double cheeseburger sat done for over 5 minutes. I asked the black dude in the window if he could just hand me my order its been right there for awhile. He just looked at me and walked off. The manager was already bagging 2 other orders i had to stop her and pretty much beg just to hand me my burger. I ordered before the 4 people that got their food before me. Crazy

I’d leave zero stars if I could. We ordered at the kiosk. Receipt was blank. Waited 30 mins. Finally ask them about our order and they don’t even know what we’re talking about. Don’t have the order. All they were worried about was drive through orders. If you want food don’t go here. They just stand there talking and don’t bother checking anything. Was the same story with the people in front of us.

Let me begin with I don’t like cheese, but I like bacon, so I attempted to order Bacon cheeseburger because that’s what is on the menu, and ask for no cheese ,
The manager who claim to have no name and the cook , at 6:05 today decided that , I didn’t need to know the price of my food.
Because instead charging for the bacon cheeseburger he rang up a burger add bacon , so what was 2.79 on the value menu jump to 3.39,
He never told me the bacon cheeseburger price , so some how it’s more expensive to get no cheese on a burger.

Randomly stopped here on Sept 10/25 at 230 pm and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and fresh chicken breast sandwich. The atmosphere was very clean and cutely decorated. Cudos to the young men and ladies working.

My family of 4 from NC went here, to start the bathroom was disgusting. Then we waited for over 10 mins to have somebody take our order. We asked twice for help. The lady told us if we wanted help to order online. So we left. I won’t be giving my time or money to ANY burger king again.
