Placed a mobile order at 1:50 when I was 6 miles away, pulled in and parked, checked in and waited 10 minutes. After no one came out I went inside to wait another 15 to 20 minutes before finally getting my order after everyone who walked in got their order ahead of my mobile order. This is the slowest BK I have ever been to.

All the mangers at this location are very rude and have no motivation owner ship needs to look into finding new management my burger was over cooked which means it sat in the bottom of hot pan for way longer then it was supposed to and started charring. They couldn’t make burgers correct on my order people are allergic to things and your staff can kill someone not paying attention to the meal they’re making. My grandma is 73 and can’t eat onion rings that harder than rocks. To top off the terrible meal I got zero communication from current management just handed me my food I said have a great night and got the window closed in my face I understand having a bad day but you can call out of work for that if it’s going to affect your performance I’m going to be videoing all my good and requesting a refund for old dried out food I was served for my family.

Absolutely the worst BK I have ever visited. I ordered a specialty burger. Got halfway home, opened the bag to find a grilled chicken sandwich. It was absolutely disgusting. The window service was terrible as well. Never again. My advice: skip over to Wendy’s on the other side of the highway if you must get off this exit.
