The drive through took 20 minutes and then when we ordered two fish sandwiches they asked if we could wait 3 minutes. The cashier was quite friendly but the waiting time was too long. The worst of it all was the quality of the $8.99 fish sandwiches, both were overcooked, and the filet so thin and small it didn’t even cover the bun, awful.

I have had to leave the drive thru line a couple times without my order due to only having a short lunch break and not being able to wait 20+ minutes for “fast food”. McDonald’s will have you in and out with your drive thru order in 3 minutes. This location needs a big fix, I enjoy BK food but avoid it now because of the wait for a simple burger. I try to give restaurants grace but this happens every single time at this location.

Worst whopper I’ve ever had. Definitely didn’t look flame gilled or even grilled. Barely cooked. Looked like a generic Mickey D’s patty. The onion rings were half cooked and doughy the first time I ordered. I saw dirty food on the counters and tables. I should’ve known when I saw the man dining in leave a whole burger on the table uneaten still wrapped. Please avoid this location. Manager was nice but food was disgusting.

This place needs to be shut down. Epic failure at every level. Half my order was missing from my DoorDash delivery yet again so I put a mobile order in, got in my car drove over there. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me because everyone Ahead of me got tired of waiting and just left without food. I get my food, a fry is missing and I told them about my botched DoorDash order. No apology of any kind, He goes and talks to somebody and comes back to the window 5 minutes later and says hi welcome to Burger King. How can I help you? I’m like is this guy serious? I said I’m the same person you’ve been talking to. I asked you about my DoorDash order and if my missing burger was sitting around somewhere. He says oh you’ll have to take that up with DoorDash. OK why didn’t you tell me that five minutes ago instead of making me just sit here at this window thinking you’re looking into this? Terrible employees, terrible service and terrible food. Every experience is so bad it’s starting to feel intentional. I will never go back. I suggest you all never ever go back. Put this store out of its misery. Give another business owner a chance to do something with the space.

I don’t even know how this place is still in business. The outside of the building looks awful with faded paint, roof, and busted drive through menus. The inside? There’s no way they can pass an inspection so I’m not even sure how they’re still up and running. Such a great location for a fast food or even fast casual restaurant and this place is ALWAYS dead never a single car in the drive through. Time to close up and put something new there

Place needs serious renovation: the drive-thru sign looks like it belongs on the Northside not in Fleming Island. Need to turn the lights on at night; always looks like you’re closed. This is the only BurgerKing in the greater Jacksonville area that consistently requires 20 minutes to receive your order.

I was surprised by the size of the whopper jr. It has shrunk down to the size of a crystal burger. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Asked for no ice in my drink and they added ice. No napkins, no condiments. No wonder this place always looks empty. Paid over $8.

Quit complaining about the wait time, store appearance, and etc et al and go somewhere. Store is old, clean – but ugly, and low volume. They get mobile orders plus physical order. Quicker service go thru drive thru

We could not get waited on at the drive through we set at the intercom 4 minutes and then pulled up to the drive thru window and the girl never acknowledged we were sitting there not holding up a finger to let us know it would be a few minutes nothing we sit there 5 1/2 minutes
