You would think that a Burger King on a military base would be top notch but I guess I was wrong. I went through the drive thru. Now the guy at the first window was wonderful. But that second window was loud and horrible. Too much horse playing at the window. The food was ok but I was missing a fry so I got out the car to go inside. I was first met with a big “B” on the door. The moment I walked inside the trash bins were filled and some of it was on the floor. The place needs a thorough cleaning. It was around 1300. I came to fort benning to visit for the new year and honestly this is the worse Burger King I’ve been too. I hate to leave a bad review but I had to.

Literally the worse BK I ever seen. I watch a full 25 deep line of soldiers get their order and get served in the Dunkin Donuts side while BK served 1 drive through car and one customer inside. I never seen slower workers. I always wonder why that place is empty during lunch time. Now I know. I just left. I couldn’t do it.

The place is nasty. A guy took out the trash, he ran in the back saying “ew”. While on the back he didn’t wash his hands and served food to people. Trash on tables and tables not organized.

For today’s venture for a quick bite, I was delighted to be met by a well spoken gentleman at the drivethrough 1st window. On this day 8 Feb, at about 3:35pm my order was taken and paid for. The gentleman was clearly invested in his work and spoke with enthusiasm and care regarding my order. In a few quick moments I was on my way with food made to satisfaction. However it is with the tact and care with which my meal was handled that sat on my mind more than the delicious meal on my taste buds. My day has been made, and faith in humanity restored. God bless that kind man. I wright this review now in hopes he may receive a well deserved raise. Best Burger King experience ever

For the last 6 months every time that I’ve come here, we’ve had to wait at the window where you pay at until your food is ready to pick up at the other window. It’s like a 30 minute wait for a cheeseburger.
