How many sauces do you actually get with chicken nuggets?? The employee threw 1 pack of ranch into the bag for our 8 piece, when I asked for the other one I was informed that it only comes with 1 now. I explained that on the app and receipt it says it comes with 2, the employee threw 2 more in the bag. Ordered a bacon double cheese burger, bacon and cheese are clearly marked on the wrapper although the bacon either never made it on or it’s some new invisible bacon..idk.. We also had ice cream cones, those were good.

This Burger King has its good and bad days, but as of my last few trips it’s been mostly bad days. The line moves slow, they can’t get my order right, and the food is barely hot sometimes. The last two times I’ve ordered a large meal, they rang up a small. On top of that, my jalapeño cheddar bites were just over thawed, like barely room temperature, as if they hadn’t been placed under a warmer when they weren’t used or, you know, fresh. I’ve had to heat them when I get home. Overall extremely disappointing. Hopefully the Bradley Park location can provide better service.

Came here on July 23th, 2023 for lunch. The foods were good. The cleanliness has been improved. However, customer service is not very good. When we walked into the restaurant, the female staff played around and made me wait. No greetings, no courtesy. Ms. Desire who took my order did not focus on her job. She played with her phone and let me wait for my receipt. Another female staff in the grey shirt saw it and corrected Desire. She asked Desire to put the phone away.

My husband ordered 2 Fully Loaded croissants, definitely wasn’t fully loaded. One piece of cheese, one slice of bacon, one small slice of ham and of course the sausage patty. Over 16 dollars for our order. Paying this much, you would expect more or attempt to make it correctly. Very disappointed

The food was fresh that’s for sure, they must have had no fries made in the morning because I was in line for 10 minutes at the window before anyone even came. No “we are working on the fries please pull up” just nothing. They even started taking food out to the people behind me. I mean there is an SOP for this kind of thing. The only reason service got 3 instead of 2 was the lady actually serving me when she did finally show up was extremely nice and I didn’t have the heart to get irritated with her.

One of the best burger kings I’ve ever been to. Big outdoor playground with shaded tables and benches, picnic areas, fairly clean and looks like there are outdoor lights at the playground. Food and service is great too. Can’t find a Wi-Fi signal though.

My wife and I stopped by here today to try out BK for the first time in a long time. We did a mobile order, I got the new stacker sandwich and my wife go the OG chicken sandwich. Once re got our food we pulled off and checked it out, her food was right and I got a completely different sandwich. No big deal, I brought it back in and it was taken care of quickly. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich and I thought the new stacker sandwich was pretty solid aswell. Overall a decent experience, mistakes happen but how you take care of them speaks louder. Good job yall.
