Fantastic place to grab some breakfast while the kids are at religious education. Staff is on top of things, the mobile order makes it so much easier to order now. Plenty of seating and food options. Seating area is clean and there is a playground outside for younger kiddos. Plenty of large screen tv’s tuned to sports and news and weather.

This is a very clean and up-to-date restaurant. The bathroom was spotless, and the restaurant was spotless. The only takeaway was that my order was incorrectly done by the cashier when I specifically told her what I wanted on my burgers. To my surprise the cooks in the back came from the back and they made sure it was right and acted like they were willing to help. It was appreciated.

This is the best Burger King in Columbus Georgia no matter what time I come here they always have my food right the drinks always taste good even in the morning time the grits are hot. They’re perfect. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I gotta say this is the best Burger King I think I’ve ever ate it. The other Burger King in Columbus suck.. The managers are always on new jobs. Went in about 3pm and ordered the double whopper with cheese combo. My whopper came out hot and tasted good just to be honest. My fries were hot and fresh while the sweet tea was good. The staff was pleasant and the dining area was clean. No issues with my stop

If I could give it zero stars I would! Tried to order a whopper but they failed to inform me of them being out of the seeded buns. Then I look at the burger and the patty half missing! I went back in and the cook Ralph came from behind the line and approached me in a negative manner with no respect at all. Then went back behind the line and proceeded to curse me out. I tried to get the manager to intervene but all he had to say was it’s a stressful day. Terrible experience!

Everything was fabulous didnt care about the wait or anything well my kids and I got fries with our meals 2 was halfsies to be exact 3 fries and they was forgotten. No problem to error is human but when my husband goes in with receipt the older lady by the name of Louise was very rude and embarrassed him accusing that we was liars.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast only for the person taking my order to barely allow me to place my order for her impatience. She would not allow me to finish a sentence while simultaneously snipping questions at me. Potatoes were cold, they had been sitting well past their hold time and I Did Not Receive My Orange Juice. When I spoke with the manager about the person who took my order her response was I dont know who took your order as if there are 5 people on the mic. Each time I’ve gone through the drive thru the service has been poor but I’ve never complained. Today was the last time ill spend my money there.

The staff at this location are incredible. I have visited the drive thru if this location twice and both times multiple staff members entertained my boyfriend’s silly conversation and went above and beyond to make us happy and fulfill our requests. They are truly ROCK STARS! ⭐️

I came in 10-29-25 on my lunch drive thru was busy so I went inside ok the inside was moving quickly. I ordered chicken fries and when I tell you these fries look like they had been sitting there all day. I didn’t have time to go back. But I will not be returning here. Was so upset I couldn’t even enjoy my lunch.
