I don’t know who was working last night, but this was the worst experience at a Burger King I’ve ever had in my life. The shake machine was broken- which understandable.
we got a big order for the family- all online so clear instructions.
I understand getting an order or 2 messed up a bit- BUT EVERY SINGLE ORDER/MEAL IS CRAZY!
They messed up every single order and forgot many sides. we were not compensated for the shakes though we already paid for them all online. We were not compensated for any mistake.
the order was so sad 🙁 I got a chicken sandwich, normal lettuce& tomato. When I got it was nothing in it- or any of the sandwiches/burgers- just bun and meat, I ended up feeling really sick after eating it too.
I notice that other people have posted recently about the bad service- I believe this is just a staff issue- PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!

I went thru drive thru this morning on 12/8 because I had my almost 9 month old baby with me lol. I ordered and it was QUICK!! However we all forgot my drink lol so I got like 1 minutes down the road then turned back to go get it when I realized, went inside ONLY because drive thru had like 4-5 cars in it lol and the lady at the counter was incredible. It was 3 people working there and I interacted with 2, the other made my food. And let me just say!!!! BEST food and BEST service in Tifton especially for the short staff problem. Keep up the great work 🙂 (ps I’ve ordered doordash from them the past 4 days I think and it was always great. Had a bad experience with doordash for 2 other restaurants this week)…. Oh also, food was very fresh. Again thank you all and great job!

The drive thru workers are very rude and inappropriate. VERY RUDE I do not recommend going to this Burger King at all. I tried to be polite and nice, they continue to be mean and rude.

Went twice in the past week. The first time, their system was down and they couldn’t take my order. The second, as I was pulling up to the window, the worker was hanging out the window shooting a bird at the people in the car in front of me. After I paid I asked him to get the manager and she had an “I don’t care” attitude. I asked her to refund me and she did. I used to stop here a couple times a week but won’t be back. I get it’s not fine dining, but that level of unprofessional is ridiculous in any setting.

We stopped here coming home from a vacation for lunch. The first thing I noticed was the smell, burning food and gross sulfuric smell. The floors were extremely sticky and the whole atmosphere made me feel dirty. My sister ordered the impossible whopper, and after a bite she noticed it had been burned to a black, charcoal crisp. Inedibly burnt. She politely asked to have it remade and received a SECOND burnt burger, equally burnt as the first. The manager, who was very kind and helpful, then took it upon herself to make the burger herself. It came out right the third time. There were flies everywhere that swarm you while you’re eating. The fries I got were majority burnt nubs of the end of other fries. Also the honey mustard is putrid. Don’t bother stopping here.
