This is the worst Burger King I have ever eaten at do not waste your money or your time gotten breakfast bacon egg and cheese croissant it was so greasy the sack almost busted the bacon was not completely cooked it was half roll and I thought it come pre-cooked this is the worst most terrible Burger King in my life I have ordered from this Burger King now three times I told my wife maybe it was an off day on the two times before but no this is ridiculous the general manager or somebody from corporate needs to come to this Burger King immediately before they get somebody sick!!!!!!!! The bacon that looked like it was cooked look like it had been cooked three days ago do not waste your time or money or your family on taking the chance of getting them sick from this Burger King!!!!

I do not recommend eating at this Burger King. There were several issues to note. I decided to go in and order. I only saw a few people in the restaurant which made me think that the wait would not be long. Wrong! Total time approximately 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches, 1 fry, and 1 drink. I even fixed the cola myself. In regards to the food, the whopper was barely warm, the fries were cold and no salt, the lettuce on the fish sandwich was mushy, but the cola was great!! As I was picking up my food at the counter, I noticed how dirty the floor and equipment was behind the counter. It was more dinge than a normal day of work. Lastly, the person handing out food was not friendly at all.

At Drive thru, wait time was 20 to 25 min. According to girl at window, they were busy with ppl at the front counter inside. But correct me if im wrong, purpose of drive thru is to prioritize fast food. Ppl inside at counter are likely to sit down for leisurely meal

Worst fast food place I’ve ever eaten at. Employees arguing with each other and one cursing at a person that appeared to be the MGR. Food sat on the back counter for a long time before being bagged and given to me. Burger was cold and did not make it “MY Way”. Wrong toppings and condiments on it. No Ketchup for fries, but the fries were relatively warm. Do not recommend ever going to this BK.

Walking into the establishment, it wasn’t very busy. The 1st interaction I had with a cashier was short. She was informed that she could go on break, and without giving me notice, she left me at the register . The next cashier that I spoke to was very pleasant. She repeated my order and just had a bubbly personality. It took 15 to 20 minutes to get my food. The kitchen staff was very talkative and unproductive. I ordered the original sourdough sandwich meal. The cooks did not inform the cashier that they were out of the bread, so I had to choose a different one. When i received my meal, the manager just placed it on the counter and continued checking his phone. No, “Thank you for your patience”, “Is there anything else that I can assist with,” or “Thank you for choosing our establishment.” Unprofessional. The fries were hot, but the drinks were flat & needed changing.

Waited 24 min on our food after ordering in the drive thru. They told us to pull forward to wait and never brought it out – when I went in to see why they said they didn’t have an order for us. Refused to refund as they said we hadn’t ordered.

Horrible all around. Sat in the drive through for 30mins waiting on our food. We had to go inside and turns out our food was sitting there the whole time. None of the workers brought it outside like they’re PAID to do. All of our food was cold and come to find out they forgot one of our meals so we had to go back again for that. Will not waste my time or money here ever again. Need to hire more competent workers.

I went through DT and placed a order. I got home only to find out I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for attempted calling(CALLED) the restaurant 4x and no one answered the phone .It pissed me off bc I was willing to let them know they made a mistake and I had a receipt and couldn’t take it back at the moment or night .

The staff at this location were some of the nicest employees I’ve seen in a long time. Greeted me kindly, smiled the whole time, thanked me for coming in, asked if there was anything else they could do for me, and even the guy leaving for the day (already punched out) was friendly!
