I don’t know what’s going on with this location but the food smells like puke every time I order now. I wish I could post a picture, but of course it won’t let me, of this disgusting Whopper we just got served. My husband literally just fed it to a stray dog that was on the side of the road.. I felt kind of bad that the poor thing ate it But guess better than nothing.

Update: I reached out to customer service for Burger King and emailed them a picture of the disgusting Burger. We were served and advised them of the incorrect order we got. However, even with this information, all they can do is offer coupons to go back to the same disgusting place. They will not refund you the money that you spend on your food even when you receive incorrect items. It’s funny though, Burger King expects full payment upon an order but they don’t have to give you what you paid for. I guess that’s how they make their money by ripping off customers.

I stopped by there after covering the playoff football game. Inside was closed at 10 pm. The drive-thru was a mess. A long line of cars, no one moving for 20 minutes or more at a time. It was almost an hour before I even got to the window.

Because they only had ONE window open. Which meant the same employee had to handle the cash register AND get the food. To top it off, my order was wrong. Triple Whoppers don’t normally come with cheese, but mine had it. So I had to go BACK into the drive-thru line to get it fixed.

I couldn’t even tell the guy at the drive thru speaker because it played a recording claiming they were closed. Even though the sign on the door said the drive thru was 24 hours. I got there around 10:35 pm, didn’t leave until around 11:50 because it was so poorly ran.

I’m not a fast food restaurant manager, don’t play one on TV. But I know it’d make sense to have both windows open to speed up service. If I’m ever in Sylvester again to cover something at night, I’ll drive back to Cordele to hopefully find a restaurant competently managed. This one’s a bad joke.

Spent $22 and food was terrible. Drinks without carbonation, handed to us with soda on the cups, whopper was cold with an overabundance of mayo. The only good items was the fries. Save your money and keep driving!

I’d like to make a complaint on one of your employees I asked for a double whopper with cheese they forgot the cheese I them back and I asked her to remake it right The young girl at the front had an attitude snatched it she said well I didn’t make it. I said just make it right for me please so she marked what I said to a coworker at the drive through friend, a very disrespectful definitely not professional Burger King, and Sylvester, Georgia. I’m gonna make sure I reach out to Michael spray and let him know how his employees act

That was the softest & flakiest biscuit ever! It melted in my mouth. The egg was hot and the cheese was melted perfectly over it.
My hash browns were medium warm, but they were still good.
The interior was quite busy, but the manager handled out with ease.

Don’t get the brisket whopper here, they only put like 2 shreds of brisket, if any at all. They will serve like 4 or five customers that order after you before you get your food. It took the 30 minutes to make 2 burgers and some fries. make sure to check your receipt. The vegetables they put in their burgers are just about rotten. And their bathroom is nasty.
