staff can not read or they just don’t care, either way, terrible way to run a business. this place is almost as bad as the local taco bell. order is never right, fries are always cold. will do my best to avoid in the future.

The woppers were cold, the nuns were dry, the onion rings were soggy. The rest room was dirty, there appeared to be fecal matter smeared on the wall. The lady at the register was very nice.

If you are going to not answer through drive through. Change to closed. Especially with 15 minutes to spare. At 12:43 and close at 1. But want 15 dollars a hour.

If you have customers at the window, the most reasonable thing to do is say “I’ll be right with you.” To have customers waiting at the intercom to place an order is ridiculous. After 5 minutes of waiting, I finally drove to the window and asked were closed. The young lady at the window said yes they were. I asked why didn’t they just say that at the intercom and her response was “she told me not to.” So you’re telling me that you couldn’t let customers know that you’re closed? Meanwhile, the entire building is lit up, sign still on, and menu boards on….how do you know the restaurant is closed if that is the case.
