Came with kids after school food was ok but it piss me off we found hair in my daughters fries a curly black hair that make me so gross and mad . When we complained with stuff they was like don’t care we ask them nicely we don’t need any free meal from them just telling them what we found and disgusting we feel…. Stuff behaved very bad… seems like they don’t care if customers happy or not everyone was on line complaining about these 3 girls who was attending customers… very bad I will never come back here again to eat that unhygienic and gross food with bad behavior … they even don’t care to apologize!!!

I’ve lived here my whole life. Watched this Burger King go from a small smiley restaurant to a big frown town. I’m extremely disappointed in what I had to experience tonight. I’ve never had a problem until now surprisingly. My friends and I ordered a whopper, chicken nuggets a mozzarella sticks. That’s all. It was around 9 ish everything was going well until I got my food realized there were no mozzarella sticks nor chicken nuggets. So I sat in line until the lady came back, once she got bad she had the biggest attitude starting with eye rolling and looking at her friend and laughing at me. I proceeded to say “I also ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets.” She puts her hand out the window and as a normal person I thought she wanted a receipt. Guess what, I didn’t get one. I hand her the paper on the bag? And she YELLS and says “the whole bag!” So loud I jumped. My friends and I were looking at her dumbfounded. I’ll never come here again because of this. “New restaurant” how about “new nightshift” too. That’ll get you more money.

Food was just as good as I remember it, the service was not good and you have to wait very long even when limited persons are inside. But the fact that they have that massive play area for the kids I gave a 4 for atmosphere. Work on customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in yesterday like I do every Friday to meet a friend and get breakfast and let my kids play well me and my daughter went to the restroom and an employee came out the stall and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS!!!!! She then comes back in a second later and fixes her hair puts her hat back on and WALKS OUT AGAIN WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!!!!! I’m beyond disgusted that is so unsanitary and nasty. WASH YOUR HANDS PEOPLE PLEASE THATS NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!
