I love getting my breakfast from BK and a little late night sweet snack. And since I live close I frequent this BK almost every day for breakfast and at night. Plus I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years. The service has declined miserably. Came in to get something, left and came back within 5 minutes times. I asked for 2 packs of mayo and a buffalo sauce (I didn’t even mind paying for the sauce) the manager got an attitude over this simple request and told me she couldn’t give me any mayo because it would ruin her inventory and charged me 30¢ for the buffalo sauce.

Rude employees that just need to bee fired. I have not ONCE had a good experience here with whatever girls they hire with nasty attitudes. Order is wrong or bad quality? It’s “out of their hands”. Calling to ask that they PLEASE don’t screw you over this time? They hang up in your face. Like once its bagged its no longer their product. Quite frankly, I am tired of having to report EVERY visit and its always for THE SAME THING.

Food was great. BUT the staff was by far the worst when it comes to customer service. Everyone spoke with attitude and was not too friendly. I’d recommend corporate check into that for sure. Like I said food was great besides the front counter staff.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant meal. I got it within two minutes- if that! They’re a heck of a lot faster than other fast food restaurants on the east side! I’m totally in love with the hashbrown tots- great idea and value! The cashier was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean! As always, I’ll be back before long!

We stopped here hungry as dogs and we left revived for our long journey to the land of Atlanta.

I eat out a lot and I have to say the ogelthorpe burger king has the best service in town with the morning crew. From taking your order to paying and receiving your food, excellent service. We need more people like the morning crew . They make people want to come back. Awesome job to all morning employees.

Going into a food place means that you’re usually hungry. Now I usually go into the restroom first, and before I come out I make sure to wash and dry my hands. But when you go into the restroom and find fecal matter in the urinal, which is making the whole restroom have a bad odor to it, it does something to your appetite. So then you have to come out of the restroom and walk to the counter and wait 10 minutes before someone attempts to take your order and while waiting, listen to employees argue. Still while waiting listen to other customers complain about the service, and while waiting still even longer listen to someone come into the restaurant arguing with a someone else on the phone, it just makes the whole experience horrible. And what’s even worse the food was terrible. So you spent your money wasted your time and now you have to try to consume food that a dog would think twice about eating.
