Dinner time rush in driver through. The wait wasn’t too bad. There was a mix-up with my order. I ordered the mix up 2 for $11. I wanted a Big king burger with no mayo, but my burger was covered in mayo. I did not enjoy my sandwich. But I enjoyed the tea and mozzarella sticks.

This Burger King is just as bad as the one in Waycross! We drove from Waycross to order our food being as it wasn’t even busy you’d think they get the order right well they failed! Got home we was missing 3 whole sandwiches and a large fries. It was too late to drive back and shouldn’t have to in the first place to correct the order. Went back next day and they had major attitude with my mom when she went in to get the missing items that we paid for. They could have at least given us something for our wasted time and gas to go all the way back.

Not good customer service , seams not happy to be at work,was not busy. Ordered 2 burgers one with cheese,ketchup and mayo that one was correct but cold. The 2nd one was hamburger just mayo,meat and bread and that’s the way we ordered it well it came out with cheese. We were down the road were traveling so we didn’t go back.

They’re doing something fishy here. Handed me my change with no receipt but I was figuring they were going to put it in the bag but didn’t. Paid for items I didn’t receive. Maybe they’re hungry and eating the customers food.

We ordered food after what should of been the lunch rush and service was awful! It took 45 minutes to get our order, and the waiting area was filling up quickly. I have NEVER been in a Burger King with such slow service, and poor cleanliness.

I went in to order take out for lunch. It took so long getting my food, that my lunch hour was almost up. If I had a vehicle as to where I could drive my work vehicle through the line, I would have since drive through appeared to be going way faster then coming in. Service was way too slow for people walking in.
