This Burger King is awful. I was not even sure if it was open. Got in the drive through and there is only one way in and you have to go all the way thru to get out. Was told after ordering with cars behind us that they could not take cards in the drive thru. Had to wait for cars in front to go on thru to go inside, it should have been a sign to leave. We didn’t. We pulled around and there was not a single light on outside the building or the parking lot. Another sign to leave, we didn’t. My husband went in a picked up food, and we should have left. It was not hot or good.
I don’t know what is happening with this location but it needs serious attention.

The parking lots lights were out to begin with as well as the BK sign. This was at 8:15-ish PM. We ordered and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. The food was cold. All of it. The fries tasted like old grease. The ladies bathroom was disgusting. Will never eat here again.

The general manager seems very sweet and she was working harder than anyone else here but I placed an order and it took 50 minutes for it to be made. It took 25 minutes after the last person ahead of us was given their food.

If you are of Caucasian decent, do not come here at all. Your food will be wrong and they will deliberately over salt your items and make it inedible. I’m never the person to call out racism but this was absolutely obvious and I will never go here again. I’ve noticed all the people of color were in and out with no issue and happy, all of the Caucasians including myself waited over 40 mins (no joke) with tons of issues. No apologies, no nothing.
This is the type of discrimination that needs a rehaul the whole restaurant!!!!!! Wipe them out and rehire new everyone! Especially all different race. This is ridiculous.

After reading many negative views , I can say they are wrong. The tables are clean, the restaurant was clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was hot and fresh.

Wish there was a option for 0 stars. Lady taking order was a sweetheart however after $40, my kids got single hamburgers instead of double cheese burgers, my husband had no bacon or cheese on his bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and to top it off there was black hair (more than 1 small hairs) melted in my cheese on my freaking whopper. Called and the manager said “you have to bring it back with a receipt and I’ll replace the food”. No way I’m driving 20 minutes back to get it replaced instead of a refund. Ridiculous.

I did an online order to pickup from store. I order 2 small whoppers with cheese with a fry . When I got there to pick up my order they had no cheese on my whoppers , I asked them to put the cheese on the whoppers since that’s wat I got charged for the manger & coworkers got mad took the burgers & out my sandwich in the microwave .
