Went there. it was okay service. the manager there tonight act like she knew what she was talking about. first off, it’s my fault for not checking the food however go to my house food was cold, didnt get what I asked for, & couldn’t get a refund for anything after the order was all messed up. Most likely will not be spending my money there again ig im being honest. Should have went to Waffle House or made my own food. Noodles would have sufficed for the night. Or bologna & cheese sandwich warmed up with ruffles cheddar & sour cream chips. btw she said everything was dropped fresh however she gave me the bag as soon as I got done with the order.

Really disappointed with this visit. I was told the broiler and grill were down, so I supposedly couldn’t order a burger. Fine I ordered a chicken original sandwich and fries instead, which took over 15 minutes to come out.
What really bothered me is that about 10 minutes later, a friend pulled up and was able to order a burger with no problem. That makes it feel like I was lied to, whether it was due to laziness or just not wanting to make the food.
If equipment is actually down, be honest and consistent with customers. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and I won’t be back anytime soon.

Great experience! The service at this Burger King was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. My order here is always fresh, accurate, and comes out quicker than expected, 100% one of the better locations in the savannah area

So just stopped here to try one of the new melt burgers. Order the mushroom Swiss. Get it back to the office and not only is the bread not grilled it had American cheese on it. Had to eat it anyway bc I was starving. Also ordered one of the classic chicken wraps and when I opened it up all I can say is wow. You really don’t care about your job and basically stealing peoples money with low quality production. Look at this train wreck. The chicken was old and overcooked. Lettuce is brown and the most pitiful tomato they could find to put on it. It was even wrapped terribly ♂️ how many restaurants have to close down before companies start doing something about this bullshit? I see Burger Kings closing all over the place and they wonder why

Worst staff I’ve ever experienced. Yes I suppose you get what you pay for. However my honey mustard wrap was covered in honey mustard and loose falling apart inside. I reached into my bag to grab it and it was covered in sauce. I’m not sure what leadership they have there but Quality is definitely not their strong suit. I get attitude everytime I’m pull through the drive through even though I’m very nice to the employees. Respect and quality could definitely use a lot more work. Location could be a factor in the labor quality but that’s no excuse. Get it together Burger King.

I went to BK tonight. Me and my kids are not eating meat. Of course it’s not many options but this location created my two girls a kids meal by allowing them to get their order in a kids meal bag with a toy. On top of that my two big fish combos were great. Everything hot and fresh. It was great energy from all staff and including the manager. They accommodated us and didn’t mind. The restaurant was clean. That crew work great together. The other was complicated but they did that. No complaints. I didn’t have to ask for condiments, ketchup, or sauc. They automatically, put those things in the bag, and including napkins. They were positive amongst each other. The manger was also pleasant. Thanks, Londa, Jay, Mr. Blue, Mrs. Tess. Yall were pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for the awesome service.

This is exactly why I stopped eating at Burger King. As you can see from my receipt, my requests were cheese, cut. So why is it then, that I ended up with a mayonnaise sandwich??? I didn’t ask for extra mayo, yet there is so much mayo on my sandwich, it leaked out before I even took a bite of half the sandwich! All the mayo on the paper came out of half the burger! Since when does Burger King sell mayonnaise sandwiches, with a side of beef?!? VERY disappointed in this location, yet again!

The food is either hit or miss. Thursday they didn’t have any biscuits. Tuesday I got a biscuit but it was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Friday I got a biscuit and it was near perfect.

If you desire a wonderful burger from Burger King you should go somewhere else. The one in Garden City, GA is nothing but garbage. What I have witnessed is a cross-contamination with food, long wait time, cold food and crappy service. The wonderful thing is their personal cell phones are working! Go to Parker’s next door and you will have a better chance to eat a wonderful lunch.
