I come to this airport about once or twice a month. This is pretty much the worst fast food experience you could imagine. They are habitually out of everything (see picture) and typically staff couldn’t care less about anyone or anything. The only reason I didn’t give it a one star review is because on my most recent visit, one employee actually answered my question when I asked “so what can I order?” (they were essentially out of everything, to no surprise). Additionally another employee let me choose what sauce I got with my nuggets. They may not sound like much, but these are luxuries you can’t come to expect at this particular establishment.
Other than these two employees, I’ve quite literally never had anything resembling a passable experience here and I only continue to go out of necessity (there aren’t many options at the Savannah airport).

Not one good thing to say. We ordered chicken fries & onion rings. Both tasted as if they’d been sitting under a warmer for no less than an hour. Menu says 8 or 12 piece chicken fries available. BK employee said to ignore what the menu says, they only offer 6 & 9…. yet the packaging shows 8 or 12.

The only reason this place is getting a star at all is because of Leslie. She was the only person working and doing it all with a smile and calmness. There were 2 managers who did nothing to help her other than fix a broken kiosk when Leslie got them from the back off. Once they fixed the problem, they went back to where they came from, not offering to help Leslie clear the line. Seems like she was used to it though. I hope the owner sees this and realizes what a gem they have in her. Also, please fix your equipment so we can actually order hamburgers and other items that regular Burger Kings have. Thanks, Leslie, for being the amazing person that you are!

Self service kiosk to order and pay. Employees expect the customer to be fully versed in menu knowledge and policy. This is Burger King is operated through management group I-IMS Host by Avolta. Trash.

Wow, the older lady working the deep fryer was yelling at a customer because you have to be your own cashier at this location. The younger worker seemed embarrassed by her team mates actions. Older lady needs to find a non public job.

On Sunday 10/26 at approximately 6:30 pm this burger king in the airport near gate 11 has very very poor service. The attitude was very disrespectful, the fries were full of salt and at these prices very unprofessional and we will most definitely want be back, and if there were Zero stars that would’ve been my choice.. If I’d checked the reviews before hand I wouldn’t be sending this but unfortunately I didn’t check , two stars it had to have been a different staff.

I’ve been to this Burger King twice while waiting for my flight this year. Both experiences were the same….. Staff is extremely rude, and treated me like I was sub-human. When my order was called one of the workers asked me “Buffalo or sweet and sour sauce?” to which I replied “Do you have honey mustard” and then she just repeated “BUFFALO OR SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE”.
Oh and the soda machine was broken and they ran out of burgers…. Place is a -11/10 and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

$32 for completely the wrong order, only got one item of the order correct. Ordered customized whopper, whopper jr and a double whopper… none of the whoppers were customized as we ordered them. Also didn’t receive my onion rings. No receipt was given so no point in going back to have an argument I won’t get anything out of anyway. Just ate what we got but won’t go back. I should’ve known trying a fast food joint on the east coast again. Haven’t had a good experience at one of there over here in years.

rude employees. literally said customers cant read out loud… why we are trying to order. had to use kiosk to order but regular chicken sandwich was not listed. ask how to or and they made their comment. then they said oh, order the spicy chicken and we will make the other one. sad
