Waited at the window for 15 minutes. It was 10:20pm. They closed at 12am. No one answered. They looked dead at me with no acknowledgement. Zero human decency. It upsets me as they are the reason they can’t get anywhere in life. This is the worst experience ever.

I came to this location at 8:30 pm to pick up an online order. No answer at the drive-thru, so my husband tried to go inside, but the employees said they were closed and could not cancel the mobile order. They refused to acknowledge him at first which was odd. Delivery drivers and other cars were also waiting. Please do not accept orders when you are closing earlier than what is posted online.

The food here is terrible. I don’t know how this chain stays open. As you can see from the pictures the restaurant is a dump. And should be closed by the health department. The burgers are paper thin and the meat is questionable. You get a lot of bread and a little bit of nothing in between. They recently remodeled this restaurant. As you can see from the pictures they should have just torn it down. Absolutely disgraceful. Stop putting all of these chains up in the Savannah area. I would rather have no restaurant than this garbage.

First of all with the positive. We had the whopper meal deal and everything tasted great. The whopper and fries were hot and fresh. The problem was the service.
We ate inside and when we walked in we were the only two inside the restaurant.
The lady who waited on us never smiled didn’t say hello or anything. We placed our order, I paid her, no thank you or anything. Then we waited almost 20 minutes for our order. We were still the only customers inside. Looks like they were too busy taking care of the drive thru. Then when we finally got our order she just kind of dropped the bag on the counter. Didn’t say thank you or sorry for the wait, nothing. If that’s the kind of attitude she gives everyone no wonder no one was eating inside.

I, a white guy, stood at the counter waiting for the cashier that was chatting with two other African American employees. I said that I was ready to order and he glanced at me and looked back at the two employees. He then mumbled, “We don’t serve you (unintelligible mumbling). I didn’t stay to ask him to clarify since I wasn’t getting any food.

They either don’t know or don’t want to know how to use the drive-thru intercom. Even when you place an order for mobile pickup, they act like they don’t want to work and give you the order you paid for.
