Great fast food chain, but it needs to be updated extremely bad, This is one of the oldest Burger King and it needs a make up change. Burger King is Hinesville is ok, it was very busy and my fries were cold or at the very least cool, the burgers are shrinking for sure, but that’s fast food these days! Can’t blame the staff for that, they were working hard, just hard to get enough help these days and corporate wants to keep the bare minimum of people to survive! Used the drive thru, it was good!

Idc what time of day you come to this Burger King they always act like they don’t wanna be at work. It also shows when you get your order as well. I always have to bring my order back to get it corrected. Customer service is everything and the workers need to understand without the public coming there they will be without a job. Do better!

This place is very poorly ran . I’ve had issues with them too many times I won’t even give that business my money anymore . It’s young boys there who work and one day I tried to go in 3 hours before they were going to close and they were already closed . A young gentleman came up to the drive through window with his hands in his boxers telling me they’re closed . With 3 hours left? Another time I went they decided to tell me after I already paid they were out of half the stuff I ordered and offered a sprite and no refund. A sprite didn’t equal the 10$ of food I paid for but they didn’t have .

I was waited on within a minute of going through the doors. I went during National Cheeseburger Day Sept 18th. Surprisingly the dining room wasn’t busy considering the special. The grounds and the building is in quite a need of an update. My cheeseburger tasted like it was a free cheeseburger. The bread was partially stale,and the burger slightly warm at best. There was no mustard or ketchup on my burger. The photos that are advertised for this day showed more toppings other than cheese and pickles. I’ll give them another shot on another day when there isn’t a special promotion going on.
UPDATE-Went inside yo pick up a dine in order. Wasn’t greeted,only a can I help you with attitude. Mentioned why I was there. My food was brought to the counter. I asked for napkins, in a rude tone of voice,she replied, they’re in the bag. I said ok,thank you. She just walked away. You could hire People who have good personalities and are polite. The windows in the dining room are quite dirty and hard to see out of. My Bacon melt came with no onions,although it was advertised with caramelized onions.Although good,only one side of my sandwich was toasted. The cheese Tots were good fries were good. I’ll travel to another location before visiting this one again.Poor service,less than decent prepared food.

My wife and I went through the drive-thru and waited about five minutes at the speaker, even though there were no other cars in line. When someone finally responded, the employee was yelling profanity and telling people to “back off.”
We placed our order clearly—no veggies—but still received food loaded with them. After ordering, we were told to pull up to “the window,” so we stopped at the first one. We waited another five minutes before the same employee came over and shouted at us to move to the second window instead.
This entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. Whoever manages this location needs to seriously address employee conduct and training. No customer should have to experience that kind of behavior when simply trying to order a meal.

This Burger King location is consistently disappointing. The dining area is usually dirty, with tables left uncleaned. I’ve received the wrong order more than once, and on top of that, my breakfast sandwiches have been served ice cold. To make matters worse, they’ve even run out of burgers at Burger King. That’s the one item you should always be able to count on. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

This place hires some seriously incompetent people I go through the drive-through order their big bacon whopper with a medium Coke and medium fries. I get a whopper with cheese, some kind of pink drink and a box half full of french fries that are damn near cold to the touch unbelievable!! but it is fast food I shouldn’t expect anything else!!

We had one car ahead of us at the drive thru and still waited over 14 minutes to fulfill our order. Food was still cold. We had to wait on our chicken sandwich (were told it was being made fresh). The chicken sandwich had MOLD on the bread. Very bad and nonchalant customer service
