Customer service experience sucks it’s a few workers are ok but it’s one in particular here have a serious attitude problem, didn’t get two of my items, and to go back and get my burger that I didn’t get. So please check your bag to make sure all your items are in the bag before you leave. And this has happened twice. ♀️

We called to have a birthday party for our 3 year old we showed up and the employees were very rude and complained about our party being here. Multiple rude remarks about having to clean up. This was a horrible experience and we will never do a party here again. We cleaned up after our selfs. I do not appreciate the rude comments said to us from the Manager and employees.

I ordered 5 fries and only got 4,
Ordered the sourdough double bacon combo, my bread wasn’t toast. Need work on customer service and definitely to get food correct how it supposed to be ordered. Never had this problem from this location til tonight, kind of upset our family night. My kids complain bout their fries beginning cold. $30 spent on my order beginning incorrect.

The young ladies that worked there are very unprofessional and use vulgar language in front of customers!! The food I ordered was served in a bag full of grease; which seeped onto the seat in my new car – I’m very upset and called corporate! Will not be visiting this location again nor will I recommend this location! As the food was not that great either!! Just a waste of money and time!!

This establishment saved the day today, I’m so thankful for the staff and them allowing us to have our kids party last min literally when the other BurgerKing on Bowman Rd refused to accommodate us after id booked months ago!!!! Anyway the staff was super friendly and very helpful ❤️ Would definitely recommend them again!
