No fountain drinks available today. They were offering canned sodas instead. I received my food and asked for some ketchup for my fries…. She gave me four packets. I asked for more. She gave me five packets. I asked for three more packets of ketchup, and I was told no…. For the first time in my life, a fast food restaurant refused to give me more ketchup packets…. I then realized that there was no burger in my bag. I ordered a whopper with fries. There was only fries in my bag. I told them, and they started arguing among themselves about whose fault it was. I got my burger and got the hell out of there.

The lady taking my order was rude, cut me off in the middle of me ordering and told me to drive to the window even tho my order wasn’t complete. So I completed it at the window, then they got my order wrong regardless, even tho they repeated it back to me. I asked for extra mayo and pickles on my chicken sandwiches. Got little mayo and no pickles. All my food was cold and old. I called and complained, and they told me they would only replace one chicken sandwich even tho they got both of them wrong.
0/10 recommended they suck.

If negative stars were an option that’s what I would give. My husband and I just went through the drive thru at this location. First, we were “greeted” with a “sigh” and then a “what do you want?” We gave our order and when she repeated it back we asked if one meal could have onion rings rather than fries. We then got another “sigh” with a “why didn’t say that before?” My husband said “excuse me?” The girl then said “you need to hold on!” At that point my husband said he refuses to give this place our money and we drove off. To think this kind of service is being provided to our service members is wild!

Save yourself 25 minutes and $15. The place is filthy, the production is slow there’s nothing fast in this fast food restaurant. When you get back to work and get ready for your fish sandwich this is what you eat. A plant-based Whopper.

Typical Burger King location. The spacious dining room and drinks area was clean, and the men’s restroom was suitably clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Why doesn’t the Burger King app work at this Exchange/BX location? At least they gladly accepted my paper coupon. No water available at the drink area.

This location, on the Air Force Base, is rarely crowded. There’s hardly ever a wait. The food is hot, delivered timely and tasty. You can get refills easily. Rest room and parking lot were clean.

Always takes forever orders allways are incorrect. Even when taken down correctly on the reciept. The last time I went in, the A/C wasn’t working that well and was leaking water in the dining area.

My Whopper with no onions with onion rings on a Coke the only thing correct with this order was the coke the Whopper had onions and tons of mail and the meat was cold instead of my onion rings I got some cold fries to match my cold Burger didn’t know it was so bad until I had driven away out the gate on Robins Air Force Base. It was obvious that the person who took the order must have been busy and did not hear the order correctly they messed it up so bad but the young lady who brought my order out to the car was smiling. Made me wonder she was working in the hospital work please where she was the only one with a smile.
