If you’re going to have online ordering, you need to PROVIDE A WAY TO CANCEL when one realizes the order was placed as pickup rather than delivery. This wasn’t apparent until it had already cashed me out. Also I didn’t see anything where I could donate a dollar to get free food. It said on the homepage one could click on that offer at checkout. NOT! Now I’m out of my money bc your chatbot gave me no option to either cancel or change it to delivery. Great way to give employees free food though. This is the first & last time I shop at your restaurant!

While traveling, we stopped here for a quick bite and ordered Beyond Burgers, which took a little longer to cook but were worth the wait. The staff was kind, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking. The food was fresh, and the location is convenient with a Walmart in the same complex. If you’re hungry, stop here for a meal!

I visited your store here in Cordele. I stood 3rd person in line. The cashier taking orders, would take an order and go bag up food (or stand there like she was) 5 minutes or more between orders. I stood there 20 minutes before it was my turn. The cashier walked over to register, never greeted me or acknowledge I was there. She then, looked up something on the register, turned and walked back to the fry area. I finally walked out along with 5 others waiting in line.

I’ve been here 3 times in past 2 weeks an my burger is always so full of ketchup an mayo that I can’t even eat it an my gransons chicken nuggets was still frozen today an instead of going back to get it replaced it was trashed due to employees smart attitudes. There was a light skinned biracial girl with beaver teeth that has a nasty attitude for no reason. On my receipt the cashier name is Chantea. I told her that i did not order a regular coke but a frozen coke. The girl then said “ I don’t make the orders and slammed the door. Also, she told me to pull up in a harsh tone and said “the next time it will be higher.” I did not have an attitude nor was i upset until she got an attitude with me. I don’t know who pissed her off but management needs to talk to her about not taking her frustrations out on the next customer.

This is my microwaved supposed to be flame broiled whopper. What a joke this place is. Out of coke, and several drink products, but don’t tell you while you’re ordering. Then, the employees want to argue with you when they get your order wrong. Chantea at the front counter wants to say everyone in here is Karen’s when she’s the one who can’t do her job right.
