The service was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for 2 apple pies and an ice cream cup before I even got to the second window, and when I got to the window instead of being blessed with a sweet treat I had to watch 2 employees play hanky panky and ignore the obvious car waiting for their order. I’m just really disappointed in the time management and quality of the customer service. I will be telling my buddies about this specific Burger King location.

Worst Burger King service I have ever seen!! District manager or franchisee need to reevaluate and retrain everyone there! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Employees play like lil kids behind the counter. The lady making drinks was scooping ice with the cup and bare hands instead of using a damn ice scoop. Dear Franchisee, please look at how your store is currently running and operating. Seriously, most ridiculous drive through experience I have ever seen or witnessed. Lack of customer service and management issues definitely has to be the problem. Good luck!! I’ll drive to Warner Robins before ever going back. And please, someone tell the skinny white boy with long hair to wear a damn bonnet or something . He thinks he is gangster too .

Not a great experience, yall were out off two of the three things I ordered which I get it, you can’t always control that but it was the lack of friendliness that we got from the lady with a brown shirt (receipt says Kelly). Very rude to be honest, when I said thank you and you say umm hmm! Not acceptable! I’m sure she has had a long day but if you are going to be the person that everyone sees, you have to push through it and put a smile on your face or put a different person up front to represent your company!
I will say the whopper was delicious fresh tomatoes and onions. BUT the churro fries were awful soaked old oil, I can’t get the flavor out of my mouth.

The best Burger King you’ll ever visit. First, the location. It’s maybe 2/10 of a mile off the interstate.. so easy to get to. The parking lot is huge.
You can’t miss it from the road because of the giant playground with multiple slides. The largest of which is nearly 3 stories tall!
The inside of the restaurant is hands down the nicest I’ve seen for a quick serve restaurant. There are circular booths, high top tables, regular booths and even outside tables.
Outside your kids will be treated the best playground I’ve seen in years. A real throwback to the playgrounds we had in the 80’s with giant metal structures to climb on, tunnels, catwalks, and more.
They’ve thought of everything with this playground. Most of the play structure is covered by large sun shades to keep the slides at temps that won’t burn your legs.
A must-stop on your next time through Byron, Georgia.

I’ve been in line 25 minutes. All the workers are outside watching a car show get out. If I hadn’t already paid i would have just left. I don’t know if you can see everyone standing outside. The line is also backed up around building.

Idk why I keep coming back to this location. It is consistently the slowest Burger King drive through that I’ve ever experienced. Time after time and it still surprises me how slow it is. Currently waiting about 15 mins and I haven’t even made it to the first window to pay.

Almost everytime we order from here, something is missing. This week, one day, missing a double cheeseburger, then today, was missing a small fry (corrected at window) then got home and the order was wrong. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 cheeseburgers. All were single and 2 of those were plain, just meat and bread. Used to be a good place to go, not anymore.

Eat here at night at your own risk!!! Ordered food through the app after a middle school football game. When we arrived the girl on the speaker says we can only give you onion rings. I asked if she could just cancel the order and stated that my kids do t eat onion rings. She says you can cancel it in the app or take the onion rings. I drove around the building to speak to the manager for assistance with canceling the order. The employee working the front went and locked the door and said I would have to drive back to the window so I had to wait I. Line again to figure out how to cancel the order since I can’t find a way to do it through the app as I was told to do. When I finally arrived at the window the manager Ericka if that’s her real name says what’s the problem not hello not how can I help you just what’s the problem. I give her the run through and get told that they don’t help with app problems to call corporate to figure it out. After 30 minutes of trying to get this figured out we just settled with receiving the burgers and drinks only and trying to figure it out with corporate tomorrow morning. When we made it home with the food it was incorrect and 2 of the 4 sandwiches had what appears to be finger holes pokes in them. This is about as sick as it gets. I’m not eating this food . $50 bucks down and the worst experience to go along with it.

I made the mistake of ordering a new menu taco. This is the taco that was served to me. It was so old and stale that it was falling apart in a very gross way. I walked up and asked if I could get a fresher taco, and handed it to the assistant manager with my bare hands. She (didn’t get the name) asked them to make me one, and proceeded to throw the taco away.. then stopped, pulled out a fresh tray, put the (returned) taco on it, and left it on the counter. It took four minutes to get the new-ish taco, that was still inedible. My husband and I both took a bite and threw it away. As we left, I noticed the returned taco was still sitting on the tray on the counter.

I like to come here with my grandaddy to eat whoppers with him and I always liked the food and customer service here. They are really nice and actually pretty quick. The burger King itself was clean and the food was really good. I highly recommend this place.
