The food was piping hot fresh delicious and accurate. I didn’t order an egg and I’m glad they left it off my sandwich. Cheese melted the way I like it. Flaky crisp soft juicy croissant bread with flavorful sausage. Love that they asked me for condiments at the window. Strawberry jelly being my fave. Napkins in the bag. Told me my total before pulling around to the window and I can view the order correct on the screen. Coke had carbonation with a kick. Great experience altogether.

Nice and clean the staff was great and friendly the lady Jennifer at the register had the biggest smile.The health department inspection was the restroom was clean and fully stocked. The management was also friendly,I will return in the future even had the vibes with the music.

Service was terrible, cashier got the order wrong. Very bad attitude from him and did not communicate only stared at us.
My burger was falling apart, the lettuce came everywhere in the wrapper.
There was a suffocating amount of onions.
The floor was extremely sticky and I waited over seven minutes for ONLY a large fry and it was not busy at all.
There was probably a total of ten fries in the fries that came with the whopper.

Ordered a double whopper with no pickles and was given pickles and cheese on the burger. The pickles were melted into the cheese which made taking them off difficult and the taste lingered on the burger. I dont remember whoppers having cheese unless added. It was also very strange my burger was two bottom buns, but that is the least of my concern.

Today was my first time at this establishment. We decided to dine in. We decided to eat there because it was conveniently by the freeway. When we walked in. It was one customer ahead of us. We placed our order and found a table. The lobby was empty. The first thing that got my attention was some of the tables weren’t clean but soon a guy came out that was taking out the trash. He was making small conversation but was more focused on eating and trying to beat rush hour traffic. I jumped in my car got down the road and realized I was missing something which was my purse! I immediately turned around and called the restaurant to let them know I had left my purse. My mind instantly went to the guy who was cleaning the lobby. When I walked in. The cashier that took my order immediately turned around with a funny look on his face. The manager came out to speak to me. It was weird because it was people who wasn’t paying customers just lounging in the lobby like they was at home in the livingroom like stretched out. It was even weirder how everyone looked at me when I walked in like they all knew something. Remind you it was just empty when we had dined in. I seen the guy taking the trash out and realized that he wasn’t an official employee. He was someone off the streets who they allow to come in and do certain tasks and they pay him with food. I have never seen an establishment ran like that before. While I was asking to speak to the GM I noticed that there was a lot of foot traffic and people coming in and out from the side door! It’s on the side and towards the back which seems like it could be a huge security risk because of the amount of traffic and it being out of view of all the employees who work there. Again it was people laying everywhere with bookbags and other kinds of bags. Once I called the police she even said it was a major security risk to have the door at the back unlocked but she couldn’t dictate how the establishment could be ran. She said that when she viewed the cameras it wasn’t of good quality and she could only see me sit down. I now know this Burger King isn’t a safe location because of the people who they allow to hang around.I saw people in regular clothes that was going behind the counter as well. The District manager, GM and coporate obviously doesn’t watch the cameras. Having people not on the clock in their pajamas going where the food is prepared is a major violation let alone the less fortunate people who lay around in their lobby and going in and out of their one stall restrooms. I even seen a man and woman both go into the women’s bathroom. They’re basically like a shelter that’s open to the public and they also them free access during business hours to come hang out. They keep their side door to the back unlocked and their back door where their food is delivered to open as well.I observed all of this 9:30 pm. I’m an out of towner and wished that I would’ve never stopped there or chose to eat at another restaurant! I really hope that their coporate office see this review and reach out to me personally! It doesn’t take a detective to see that this isn’t just a “restaurant “!

Do Not, I repeat, Do not go here. You will be waiting on your order. Customer service was terrible. If you are a delivery driver, you might want to avoid this Burger King. Delivery drivers shouldn’t have to wait on orders.

EPIC FAIL! I have always loved trying the new things that Burger King comes up with, but these tacos are AWFUL! They are over cooked, under flavored, and all around a bad product. I think dog food would be a better “meat substitute byproduct” than whatever mush is inside these things. The consistency of the shell makes less sense than the meat. A hard outer rim with a soggy center. Overall, how do you call this food?

The fries were fresh was the only thing good. The burger was so hot I couldn’t eat it. It ad been microwaved everything on the burger was so hot I couldn’t even touch it. I just ordered it wasn’t in drive through very long at all and it was a special order so I know it was microwaved. It was so hot I burnt the top of my mouth.
