N. Belair Rd. They were not open at 10:30 pm. Not just closed… all food and counters had been cleaned off. We could only see one employee when we passed through the drive through. Then. I looked up the hours online and it said until 11 pm. We were already driving away but as a last ditch effort to obtain a whopper, I called, no answer. We drove to the next closest location. 5 minutes away. South Belair Rd. We were met by staff standing at the back door when we pulled into the drive-through lone at 10:40. They told us they were closed so we asked what time they closed . He said “right now” . We asked ” no, what actual time” to which his reply was ” 10″. We did not get a chance to reply before the man then again said ” we are closed ” . According to online hours it was 11 pm as well. I know finding decent employees is difficult, however if they are going to be emoloyeed then they need to do the work they are paid for. I am going to guess all of these people were still milking the clock without doing any work at all. Do better.

Pulled in the drive-thru to get a #1 Whopper Meal & saw one of the employees running out in the rain to catch the guy in front of me before he drove away just to give him the drink that he forgot to get! She was such a sweet young black girl with a beautiful smile & long hair. I never got her name but I complimented her on her dedication to her job! Way to go!

Walked in the door and headed to a table to wait for a mobile order. The lady working the counter (manager?) basically accused me of trying to steal drinks because I had my water bottles with me, even though I never approached the drink machine during my visit. When I *finally* got my food, fries were only half full. Disappointing.

We used the drive-thru this time. The line was moderately slow. The little kid (who was with us) didn’t figure out what he wanted on time so once we got to the speaker the lady in the other side was polite and gave us some extra time to decide. From my order, the fries were good, the whopper Jr should have had a little more tomato and onion plus it was a little bit cold (I’m guessing they made it before we got there and I ordered it), and my sprite was a little more watery than it should have. Took 25 minutes for my order and they only had 2 cars in front of me. I trusted them too much and did not open my burger, but I ordered a Bacon king, and it only had one meat, and no bacon. Never again using this BK.
