Ordered a whopper and fries in the BK app with no mayo and add mustard to whopper. I received my order with mayo and no mustard. Also, When I got to the drive through there were three cars in front of me. I spent about a good 15 minutes in line before I got my food. I don’t know who is running this store but it gets a BIG F in my book. Won’t be back.

Myself, my wife and my mother stopped in going back from a trip 3/8/2026, 11:30am and I think it was the manager that took our order and gave us the cups and our double whopper, western whopper and my mom got burritos, I think and that woman was busting her @$$. Great leader. I hope BK promotes workers like that.I think there was only one cook too. Give them a raise. I wish I remembered their names.

Burger King on deans bridge road and Barton chapel that chicken biscuit needs to be changed to a biscuit biscuit. The chicken does not cover the bun it actually cover approximately a half of the bun I had to move the chicken around in order to get chicken and biscuit bites. Need to have more employees working that location The line was long and you definitely killing that one sister working in there.

I went to the drive thru and someone pulled in behind me but then I noticed several drugged out people sleeping up against the building just by the door to the parking lot. They didn’t threaten anyone but one was having shaking fits. I won’t be going to this location again. Have no desire to be anywhere near those type of scenarios.

This is by far the worst Burger King in Augusta. And it’s not even close. They are very slow no matter what time of day or night you go. But a couple of weeks ago I placed an order and these people were fighting. I am talking about employee literally fighting each other. It was so bad that the police was called because one of the employees either had a gun or threatened to get it. I waited in line for 10 minutes and then the fight started. If you’ve been to this location you know it’s impossible to just turn and get out of the drive thru. You have to keep going forward. And we were stuck there for an additional 10 minutes while chaos was happening. I don’t recommend anyone going there and at this point corporate should consider closing that place down permay.

Extremely slow and unorganized! Waited nearly 30 minutes (not to mention the nearly 5 minute wait for someone to come to the counter to take my order when I arrived at the store)! And when order finally came out, it wasn’t complete!

Received two whopper meals. Both were saturated with Mayonnaise making bread soggy. As you can see in picture, you can barely see the burger. Just poorly made and disgusting. Threw both meals away.

We ordered for a pickup through the app. My food was subpar. It usually tastes good, but the patties were that good today. The First of the vision of the burger was not good. I ordered the Big Bacon King, with no lettuce, no American cheese. I looked at the wrap and I knew something was wrong, because I ordered not ketchup and the wrap was covered on in. I. Addition, they also added mayonnaise and I hate both ketch and mayo. I had to rinse all of my veggies (tomatoes, extra pickles, and onions {I ordered jalapenos, but they were out.} Plus, I had to wipe as much off the bun.

I love this Burger King people in there are very sweet and kind and they help out the community one day I was stranded. My phone was dead. My car was dead and I found comfort and support in this breaker king. It’s not just the food that is delicious, but also everybody that works there was very kind and generous with me and helped me out not just me but other people too the employees of this Burger King help out people in need! I believe we can all learn how to support our community from the employees that work in this Burger King
