I have a feeling they reheated my whopper, the lettuce and tomatoes look cooked and not fresh. The bun burnt…. I tried it but it was too burnt bread for my test also part of the bottom bread was missing if I had to guess it stuck to the pan. And again they gave us the wrong sauces…. I won’t be coming back. Since last time we were there, they messed up our order as well. They gave us 8 chicken fries instead of paid for 12 pieces.
Be careful with this place, check your food.

While eating my burger, I bit into something that was clearly not food—what appears to be part of a label or sticker inside the burger.
This is a food safety issue, not a minor mistake. I immediately stopped eating and threw the rest away. Finding foreign material in a prepared meal is unacceptable.
Mistakes happen, but this should never reach a customer. I expect better quality control, especially from a national chain like Burger King. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed.

The people here almost always have a bad attitude. Whether im picking up a doordash order or getting something for myself, you get the vibe like no one wants to be at work. The good is mostly really good tho. Kinda like a bad relationship where you should cut it off but you keep going back.

Vegan Impossible Whopper is THE BEST
Hold the mayo for a SUPER DELICIOUS all vegan burger. Huge burger. Clean restaurant. Fast, easy, friendly staff, OMG the burger is so good, this will always be my stop for dinner on post!

The restaurant is under construction but the renovations have really improved the atmosphere. The staff was really kind and friendly and the service was quick. The food was fresh. Looking forward to the drive thru opening up again.

Doesn’t work with the BK app. Always out of some significant item like chicken or hamburgers. Charge for any extras, like one additional sauce, unlike every other BK I’ve been to in my life.

Staff is horrible, you’ll stand there at the register for 10 minutes before anyone asks you what you’d like to order.

Had the absolute worst breakfast. Typically eat at home but decided on breakfast out and now I will continue to eat at home. Sandwich had obviously been under a light forever and when I asked for a Carmel iced coffee they said they would give a frappe instead and it was nothing like a Carmel ice coffee. So I contacted them via Facebook and had no response. If I could give 0 stars or less I would.

As being located on base, I didn’t expect much, but let me tell you: That sweet and unsweetened ice tea is on point! But my sandwich bun was cold and my meat just barely warm anymore, the rest as ordered. I feel like I had gotten fresher food if I’d came during rush hour. The staff is very nice and the location clean.
