Restaurant has been at this location for many years, and still has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I didn’t experience any strange odors, nor did anything look unclean. The food handlers we’re using, and changing their gloves regularly. Ketchup had not been delivered, so I was given a dessert cup with enough to eat with my fries.

I was having a horrible day and y’alls nice man helping in the drive thru made it so much better I asked for extra ice in my drink and no questions asked this man made sure my drink was perfect for me even after I had asked if I could switch to coke instead of Tea since it wasn’t sweet enough for me he did that what a great staff you have I hope you keep more people as kind as him. He had such a positive attitude which is hard to come by. Thank you!!!!! Bk WILL BE RETURNING

I love Burger King, the chicken sandwich is off the chain. The employees need trained on Customer Service skills. I have been working with the public for my entire working life and how some employees serve customers hurts my heart. I know times are tough but Customer Service should always be priority no matter what. When an employee projects their attitude at the customer that is not right. I tried being nice to her during the ordering process even though I had to repeat 3 times what I was ordering because someone was talking to her while I was ordering. No smile hands me 2 drinks then brings the bags and walks away. I ordered 3 meals so now I got to hold up the drive thru to get her attention and she was not happy about that to get my 3rd drink. Then I get home and I am short a fry too. No reciept was give either. When she brought my 3rd drink and still no smile. I say thank you and have a nice evening and smiled at her and she mmhh and shuts the window. I’m always in Customer Service mode and never have I been mean to anyone because you just don’t know what kind of day someone is having and I really pray she has a better rest of her night and tomorrow is a little less hard on her.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Burger King today. I ordered two 8-count Jalapeño Cheddar Bites, and they’re supposed to come with ranch. I asked for two ranch cups — one for each order — and the cashier charged me $0.60 for them. Why am I being charged extra for something that already comes with the item? That makes no sense.
On top of that, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger, and the overall experience just felt rushed and careless. The customer service wasn’t friendly, and no one even tried to explain the extra charge.
It’s not about the $0.60 — it’s about the principle. If something comes with sauce, customers shouldn’t have to argue or pay extra for it. It was the day shift MANAGER .On top of that we called and asked for the cashier name & she hung up on my husband . Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

We’ve had a couple good experiences and a couple bad. Usually when this one lady is working the drive thru everything is good and made right (not sure of her name and didn’t see her there today). Today we went through and they left out out 16 pc vampire nuggets so had to ask for them and when we got them they were way overcooked. My son was excited for those too . I ordered a large onion ring and they only filled the box halfway up which is more like a small. They also left out my extra zesty sauce that I paid extra for. Very irritated

I placed an online order and the lady ruining the drive thru not only refused to give me my order, but was also incredibly hateful, and refused to help me with whatever the mix up was. I ended up having to reach out to the online customer service to get a refund. She was lovely.

Stopped this morning to order food as I often do at this location. The manager on duty would not make cheesy tots. Told me they would take 10 mins and was very aggravated that I asked. I guess she was assuming I had the same level of intelligence that she had. But again I’m not the one working at Burger King. It takes 3 mins to cook cheesy tots lady. I don’t even work there and know this. I get them at least 3 times a week. Whoever this lazy manager or team lead is needs to be fired. Go let her try Chick-fil-A and see if they will put up with her attitude and willingness to not work.

Ordered a Whopper W/Cheese no pickle no mayo and fries. Whopper was cold and the bun was soggy from having too much mayonnaise on it. BK should be ashamed to even let something like this happen, but reading the other reviews about this BK I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. I ate the fries and I tried to eat some of the Whopper.

I avoided this location for years because the old crew was too wrapped up in family feuds and dating dramas to do their jobs. That seems to be fixed! Friendly, fast service. And the food was hot and well made! The missing stars are because they were out of all cups except small and half their sauces. That’s on the company, not the location. And the dining room had very few clean tables. Plenty of staff. They were putting everyone on serving drive through.

Ok visit. Nothing to brag about. Whopper was good once I pulled them nasty picked off. They tasted awful. I like pickles, just not them. Men’s room a little wet from toilet leak.
