Food was good shared restrooms with the truck stop. Food was quick but french fries were a bit on the cool side and not as crispy as we have become accustomed to at Burger King. They were still good french fries and better than other places though. Plenty of parking, again in a shared parking lot. The big king was good and tasted fresh. Good outdoor dog area with benches if you have your pets with you.

I went in and order a eggnormous burrito. No one else had ordered so I watch the guy start to make it. He had every ingredient on the burrito. Only thing left was fold it. Someone else placed a order and the cashier called it out over the intercom and the guy started making that order. Never finished mine. I asked for my money back and they wouldn’t give it back. I had to leave with no food or money. I’ll never eat here again.

Worst managed fast food restaurant in the history of fast food restaurants! I’ve been in several times with very few customers dinning inside, only to have to wait 10-15 minutes to get my order taken or even acknowledge I was there! Ridiculous! After reading all the negative reviews AND my own experiences, it’s obvious the owner of this establishment DOES NOT care about his business. I’ll take my business to the newer BK across from Buc-ee’s.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This location is absolutely horrendous. Employees have disgusting attitudes and THIS STORE IS DIRTY NOT UP TO HEALTH CODE WHAT SO EVER. Found multiple hairs in my food, on multiple occasions. Absolutely unacceptable. Then they won’t give you a refund, but try to give you another meal with a hair instead. I’m good. This location is exceptionally raunchy.

Place is a joke. Whoever was working on 02/11/23 left a huge clump of scalp and hair in my burger wrapper. Not just one or two little hairs either, I’m talking enough to clog a drain. If I decide to ever even eat a burger again it definitely won’t be from this dump. If I don’t like hair on my woman then I sure don’t want it on my food!!

Really clean place. But the young oversized female working the front this morning 10/14/22 7am was horrible. Attitude was horrible. I ordered a large orange juice, she charged me and then told me they didn’t have any OJ, so she gave me a large drink. Still charged me for my large OJ. So I Took the large cup and machines had no ice. She told me to walk over to the loves side if I wanted ice. I orderd 4 jr breakfast burritos every single one was cold and tortillas even colder. To top it off I proceeded to ask for hot sauce for the burritos. She literally grabbed a hand full and slammed dunked them in my bag like she was Michal Jordan. Horrible attitude. l Been coast to coast and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Burger King employee.

Had to put one star to write this review, for I give the food zero stars. The entire meal tasted like cardboard, however, the service was excellent. My husband ordered a large double cheeseburger combo, and there was no love at all on that combo. When ordering a large combo, please be specific that you want the drink and fries large.
