If I could give 0 stars I would , this is the second time they are messing up my order through doordash. Several items were missing from the bag, and unfortunately I also found a hair in my food. This raises concerns about quality control and food handling standards. I hope management addresses this to prevent it from happening to other customers BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!

Placed an online order, they got it when I pulled up to the speaker. Waited almost 15 minutes in line, then was asked to pull up so they could drop my order. I asked for a refund, she told me to go through the app, when I explained that you can’t cancel orders through the app, she said go to the app and request a refund.

Ordered and paid on the app but when I arrived for my food I was told that they were out of what I ordered. I requested that my order be canceled and was told that there was no cancelations or substitutions. So they had my money but I had no food and not only were they not sorry, the manager was extremely rude.

Rude night time management and workers. Said they were out of tea and out of the whopper I ordered. Asked to replace with a different one instead, said okay. I got my order and the burger was missing all together and my sides were thrown in the bag to where there was none in the box, just the bag.

I was eating there and the manager Kelly was an absolute wonder she made sure my fries were salted had the good readied fast and nothing was missing she was very polite and the crew was hilarious over amazing time I would recommend
