I ordered a Big Fish and cheeseburger with fries & onion rings. Also ordered 4 teas which appears to be about the only thing right about my order. I received no Big Fish sandwich. No onion rings. I was given a chicken sandwich, a Whopper, cheeseburger, 2 fries, chicken nuggets and the drinks. When a person spends $30+, it is hoped you will receive what you ordered. So disappointing .

aug-15- 630 i walk in to order no one attends me, employee had time for everything else except to take my order, didnt even acknowledge me, they stared at me and said nothing, i ended up having to buy chips instead since no one cared for me as a customer, just stood there no hi employees literly said nothing.

I’ve been to this location several times but won’t go back. Biting into a long hair in a fish sandwich sealed the deal. The dining area at this location is always filthy and several of the employees have been complete zeroes- especially the tall, skinny black male who stands around with cell phone in hand, underwear visible from wearing his pants like a moron, and never saying anything to the customers- like greeting them or thanking them. When I walked up to the counter, he just looked at me and when the food was ready he just handed me the bag and turned away. Why would BK be desperate enough to hire a loser like this?
