First off the drive through was wrapped around the building. No big deal, most of them are at 6 pm, but the service at the window(rude) and we were missing several items out of our bag after waiting 20 min in the drive through. There were at least 6 employees that I could see in the restaurant, only 2 costumers eating in… so I’m just baffled as to why you can have the staff, but can’t get the job done. Take pride in your work- it’s a service. Find another job if it’s too hard. But I’m here to tell you there aint nothing fast and convenient about fast food /drive thrus anymore… except chic fil a. I know there are many fast food restaurants that pay decent too. Do better. Also take your time putting on the condiments lol. I didn’t ask for a cheeseburger smothered, scattered, and covered with ketchup and mayo.

They were extremely slow at getting orders handed out through the drive through. We waited for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Once we finally got to the window they told us that they were just now making our order. I was mad until I saw that the only had 2 employees working! The employees were still very nice to us even though they were obviously stressed out. BK has to do better at making sure they are adequately staffed, especially on the weekends.

I had a terrible experience at Burger King today. I specifically requested that my chicken fries be freshly prepared and even told the cashier I was willing to wait. Despite this, I was given food that was clearly old, distasteful, and downright disgusting.
This was my first meal of the day after a long shift at work, and I was looking forward to a hot, fresh meal—not what I was served. To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to speak with a manager, but the phone either goes unanswered or immediately goes to a busy signal.
At this point, I strongly recommend others go elsewhere if they expect decent service or food quality. I will be returning the food in person on Monday when I’m back in Athens. This level of service is unacceptable.

When I arrived at the Burger King, I was greeted quickly by the order taker. Upon placing my order Everything was repeated back to me And the cashier was very friendly. I received my food and a very fast, timely manner, and everything was hot and fresh! The mozzarella sticks are always cooked to order and I love that about this place. I will be returning.

Alright, so I just had Burger King for the first time in ages, and I’m giving it a solid 3-star rating. The Whopper was pretty good, with that flame-broiled taste I remember, although it wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had. The fries were hot and crispy, which is always a win in my book, but the service was a little slow. ♀️ Overall, it’s a decent fast-food option when you’re craving a burger. Kim and Kee were the only 2bpeople in the building and they were very busy! Both ladies kept a smile and continued working. My food was fresh and hot. I got a crown and they were passing out candy which i loved!! Will be returning.

I do not recommend getting the #4 burger. Not sure what it was someone else order it but that thing was not a burger..it was a slider. I put ketchup and mayo on it for them and asked “what is this?!” Burger King selling minis now?
