Ordered an original chicken sandwich, wrong bun on the sandwich. There’s a nasty piece of lettuce on it. A previous visit I asked for a coffee and they offered me a cotton candy icee thing. Can’t find a good Burger King anymore

I went for lunch today because I had a $3.99 whopper coupon. I order at the speaker and pull to the window. When I told the lady I had a coupon she told me next time to tell her at the speaker, no problem. She then tells me my order went from $7 to $11 (I only ordered a plain whopper and had the coupon) when I questioned the price she started yelling at me about not telling her I had a coupon at the speaker. She then yelled at the kitchen to remake my whopper. When asked if it needed to be regular or plain she told them “regular I guess” even though I ordered plain. She slammed the window in my face so I left.

Went in on lunch break to complete havoc, and horrible attitudes. The cashier had no knowledge on job performance, nor greeted me as she did the other clientele. I was the only person of color in there at that moment. She charged me $11 and some odd change for a burger that cost a little over $6. I asked why it was so much, and she quoted “it’s taxes.” Then the manager surfaces, already angry at a prior issue and says that’s the change that she owes you. Need I remind you that I was paying with a $20. I was still being ripped off. When I addressed the issue she flipped out. Then she had the Audacity to call my job and report me, on top of stating that she wanted to have me banned from the property. I would love to have corporate to come and evaluate Toccoa location. Since she reported me, and came outside to continue to harass me BLOWING THE ENTIRE ORDEAL OUT OF PROPORTION!

This place is way better than any other location around. The entire restaurant and bathrooms were so clean, the food was really really good, and the manager Stormy called me by name after I used my mobile app. I will be back to this location for sure for more great food

Only gave it a 1 bc i had to in order to express my opinion. Its more like a -10 rating. Horrible service an the weak so called manager was rude an clearly not able to handle her job had me ready to catch a charge an still would if she wasnt a coward! Should shut down an allow a quality resturant to come into town. Standing outside smoking instead of working then getting attitude bc a customer pulls up so we dont even need it here anyway.

Went to have lunch with a bunch of my friends and had a really great experience. It was super busy but we got our food really really fast and everything was really good. The staff is so nice and Stormy made sure everyone had everything they needed with their food.

Asked for a moment to look over the menu as soon as we pulled up and the stupid guy wouldn’t stop asking us questions and then told us we were diving up his time, he was wasting our damn time (less then 2 mins) btw the Hardys next door??? Amazing! Hot food even better service! Way better.

Update 11/1/2022 Closed at lunch. I guess the female version of The Barbershop had other plans today. Updated 4/16/2020. Today I thought, it’s been a while Shan doesn’t seem to last long at jobs. I get there, go threw the drive threw, and the first thing I hear is, “Welcome to burger king my name is Shan, can I take your order? Please hold.” I mean you just said can I take your order. What’s with the please hold? I heard they got a new store manager, but if they don’t take out the trash, nothing really changes. Not only the newest fast food store in Toccoa, but it also carrys the title of worst in Toccoa. 3 out of 4 visits were unsatisfactory. I can get around new business mistakes. My third visit I wanted to go inside to get my to go order. At the front counter was the employee SHAN. I know this person from multiple fast-food resturants in the area. Immediately upon seeing her I went threw drive threw, to avoid her, yet some how she still ended up touching my food. My review was more stars, but after knowing she work’s there, I will no longer be a customer, or anybody I talk to until she is gone. My stars will change once she is gone. Untill then take a small walk down the road to Wendy’s, they’ll show you how fast food is really done.
Update, 9/6/2022, lunch.
I got two simple meals, and all turned out fine.
The employees were louder than my kids get.
Over all, my meal was correct.
