We had tried BK shortly after they opened and had three terrible experiences – until tonight we hadn’t been back. Tonight was a total redeemer, the lady who took our order was AMAZING. We realized shortly into our visit that they appeared short staffed but they were doing such a fantastic job! I can only hope this group if employees get the recognition they deserve, employees like them are difficult to find.

So I don’t usually have the best experience here so i dont come often but recently I have had a few phenomenal ones! The best being the drive thru man named Onterious! He was SO kind and patient while my kids took forever to make a order lol I have never had such a kind and pleasant experience in fast food and I worked it for years he has such a great energy to him!

Update 11/1/2022 Closed at lunch. I guess the female version of The Barbershop had other plans today. Updated 4/16/2020. Today I thought, it’s been a while Shan doesn’t seem to last long at jobs. I get there, go threw the drive threw, and the first thing I hear is, “Welcome to burger king my name is Shan, can I take your order? Please hold.” I mean you just said can I take your order. What’s with the please hold? I heard they got a new store manager, but if they don’t take out the trash, nothing really changes. Not only the newest fast food store in Toccoa, but it also carrys the title of worst in Toccoa. 3 out of 4 visits were unsatisfactory. I can get around new business mistakes. My third visit I wanted to go inside to get my to go order. At the front counter was the employee SHAN. I know this person from multiple fast-food resturants in the area. Immediately upon seeing her I went threw drive threw, to avoid her, yet some how she still ended up touching my food. My review was more stars, but after knowing she work’s there, I will no longer be a customer, or anybody I talk to until she is gone. My stars will change once she is gone. Untill then take a small walk down the road to Wendy’s, they’ll show you how fast food is really done.

This was our first time in this Burger King and it was good they messed up on a couple of things like my daughter getting fries instead of onion rings like I asked for but she just went ahead and ate it because I gave her half mine so it worked out. I just have best friend

Ordered # 1 w/cheese & Diet Coke, order onion rings, 8 piece chicken nuggets. Waited in line 10-15 minutes before ordering. A car in front of me gave up and left the line. When I received my order (at home) I received 1 coke, 1 whopper & 1 onion rings. NO French fries, NO chicken nugget.

I will not be returning!! If you want ‘Fast food’ this is not the place to stop. Especially if you’re on your lunch break. I have 30 minutes for lunch and typically scan for the shortest quickest drive thru. I definitely made the mistake of ordering here. There was one order Lane the other one seems to always be closed off. Maybe three cars in front of me. Everyone seem very impatient but I didn’t need to worry or so I thought. Waited 20 minutes before I received my order. So now I have 5 minutes left in my lunch because it takes about 5 minutes to get back to the office. Just saying you’re in a hurry then just passed this one by!

The guy made me wait for at least 10 minutes at the drive thru order screen even if there was no car ahead of me and the drive thru was completely empty. And after placing the order, he made me wait for another 15 minutes to give my order which was just cheddar cheese bites. Poor service

After placing my order in the drive-through I was told to pull forward and wait for two whopper juniors and two fries. I waited and waited and waited for 35 minutes. Several cars went by me in that time. I car pulled in front of me after I had been waiting 10 minutes then got their order before me. The lady behind me started honking because she has been waiting a long time as well. Then I started honking. It didn’t seem to matter. The manager finally came out with my order And was very rude when I complained about the long wait. I will never go back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
