I ordered my food on the app when I was a few minutes away. When I went through the drive thru to pick it up, they already had my order ready and the lady at the window was very kind and pleasant! That doesn’t seem to be the norm at most places, (and even other bk locations) so I like to show appreciation when it happens!

Came In Mon.7/3/23 @ 7:45am. Service & Food Were Good, But The Women’s Bathroom Was THE MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOM EVER & ESPICALLY For A Resturant. The Puddle Of Standing Water Near The Sink, Is A Accident/Lawsuit Waiting To Happen. I was very hungry and along way from home. So I had to stop. The was really good; however, I had to overlook the nastiness of this placed because I really wanted a burger. So I watched them like a hawk, while they prepared and cooked my food. The place could have been cleaner. The fry station was nasty and trash on the floor.

I came from Burger King in Gainesville, Georgia off Pearl Nix. Pearl Nix wouldn’t add a hamburger to order. And I drove off. I called them later and told them how I felt. I came to Burger King off Mundy Mill to get a snack since last location was not performing well. I just took my diabetic insulin that night and needed to eat to help absorb my medicine. I tried to get app to work and it wouldn’t change location. I pulled to window and there was a car in front of me. It took forever to get their order so I drove off. It’s called Fast Food for a reason. When people come to fast food. That’s what they want. Had issues with this location last year. I don’t care how many BK rewards you give me for my app. I’m done with Burger King and this location. I should delete the app and not come back like I did with Taco Bell. People don’t know what customer service is?? And I don’t want to hear about being short staffed. Not my issue or problem. And everyone is short staffed. People don’t want to work and won’t because they can’t do a job like Burger King. Not Sorry truth hurts.
