We have discovered that mobile orders are low priority. The food is always cold, the staff look busy but they are not, there is a major lack of leadership in all the Burger King’s in Gainesville, GA. We have eaten here the last three days in a row, to test to make sure it was as bad as it seems. Online orders take 10 to 15 minutes longer than drive through or at counter orders. This is not fast food, and the food was cold when we got it.

Lack of leadership in management, poor work ethic, and terrible service.

The decline of Burger King’s chain is inevitable, unless there are major improvements.

I recently saw my local BK showing off decorations and balloons saying to people to come and see them. I guess this was because they were closed for several days due to some fixes inside. I also saw on their sign saying that they were open until 2am. It’s been several months since I last ate BK so I was down to see how it was. I went through their drive-thru on my way back from work after midnight. There was no one around the restaurant except for the employees inside. I ordered a mushroom Swiss cheese melt meal that came with the sandwich l, fries and for my drink, a Hi-C punch. The person taking my order was kind and friendly. As for the meal, the sandwich was smaller than advertised which shouldn’t surprise me. In terms of taste, it was alright being freshly made off the broiler. The fries which I ate along with the sandwich after the 10 minute drive home unfortunately lost their crispness and were a bit bland in taste. Overall, it was a mixed experience with BK this time around with some good customer service and alright food.

This is the second time in a couple of months that we have come and our order was yet again not made correctly. The fries were over salted and only two of the sandwiches were made correctly. With the amount of workers they should be able to complete the orders right. Please do better.

Unfortunately this is my local BK. I’ve lives near this location for 3.5 years and EVERY time I order here, my food and drink is ALWAYS subpar. The food is either cold or burnt amd the condiments are always slathered on with no care to the end result. My drink never has enough ice and is always warm. I’m done giving the owner my money ✌️

I don’t eat much fast food, but when I do, Burger King is usually my choice for a cheap burger under $10. Today my son wanted to try the SpongeBob Krabby Meal, and with all the hype, we gave it a shot. What a mistake.
• No pineapple freeze — just a regular drink instead.
• The themed packaging they advertised? Nonexistent. Everything was tossed into plain bags.
• My son’s kids’ meal had no toy, yet I still paid full price for everything.
• The food itself was disappointing: a spongy bun, stale cheesy tots, and a pie that was mostly whipped cream and overly sweet.
This was nothing but an overpriced letdown from start to finish. Burger King hyped up the experience, but delivered sloppy service, missing items, and subpar food — all while charging full price. Lesson learned: I won’t fall for their promotions again.

It’s inedible, order is wrong the only right looks like this(pic attached) people are rude and do not care at all, no napkins, ketchup and straws in the bag, half of the order is missing and lady in the drive thru does not care when get told that this is not right, she said that you do not know how to use the app. Which is crazy – These People does not care

On 01/17/2026 while traveling back to Atlanta, me and my family stopped around 12:15 in the afternoon at the drive thru. Order mumber DT-118 store #5920. I had purchased a whopper meal w/ light onion extra pickle it. I bit into the sandwich the onions it was cold over powered the sandwich. So I went back to get a fresh sandwich and the Cashier older lady with blonde hair was very gracious, unlike the cook he was disgusted that the cashier reported that I wanted a fresh sandwich. I noticed him putting a new burger patty in the microwave to heat it up, that’s not the BURGER KING WAY. You are to give the customer a hot flam broiled burger not a nuked one. Then as he fixed it he wraps it up and just throws it into the bin.I was so aggravated and disgusted when I opened it and took a bite all that ketchup and mayo squirted all over my cashmere sweater. Once again over powering onions and I got sick to my stomach from eating it I had to pull over and vomit from it.

The staff inside this establishment are rude. And I will not be back ever. You need to hire managers with a personality and that are good with people. Not some rude woman who talks to you with disgust when they mess up your order and then be rude when you ask for cause. I will find somewhere else to spend my hard earned money period

When I ate here a couple of weeks ago I went in and was told a few minutes later that they had a large order so I would just have to wait or leave. I waited. After my order was taken they were a lot slow due to turning people away and it still took about 30 minutes for them to get my food done because they were too busy hanging out and going outside. The store was a mess. Tables dirty and floor dirty. Very disappointed.
