Normally really good but tonight I ordered a double whopper with cheese. Down the road a bit and I took a bite and realized it was a single. Drove back and told them what happened -not a huge deal because mistakes happen. Girl we gave it to didn’t say a word and a few minutes later another lady (super nice) apologized. All good, but humorous that they just put another patty on it and it still had the bite mark in the bun with the new patty shining through.

Made a mobile order at the drive through . Every time I have been here the food has hot and fresh and the service friendly and accurate .

Burger King runs their business with the mandate to make the product cheaper. Perhaps Burger King should think about how to make their product better quality. In and out Burger somehow costs less and tastes better.

I only eat breakfast here sometimes but the food is fresh and cooked very well. The older lady who runs the drive thru in the mornings is pretty awesome. I told her the hash browns were really good and cooked perfectly, nice and crispy. She said yes ma’am I know how folks like them and I make sure they are cooked the right way. She’s always friendly and nice. Her whole demeanor says classic southern grandmother.
Update: I’ve eaten dinner here a few times now and I have to say the night crew are pretty awesome too. The food was good and the service was good. This is honestly the best BK I’ve ever been to.

I ordered a number 1 with cheese had to wait 20 minutes on my order when i got home no cheese. Tried calling 3 times no answer bad service not to mention i paid extra for cheese

I am not one to typically leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but after what I just experienced, I absolutely had to for this location. I have stopped at this particular location many times on my travels back-and-forth to Atlanta from South Carolina, I have my usual order, nothing special, nothing weird. I stopped today and placed my order and then pulled up to the window to pick it up, no issues, just normal service. I get my food and I pull off. As I pull up to the red light, getting ready to get back onto the interstate, I happen to look over my left shoulder and I see one of their employee sprinting across the parking lot, flagging me down and handing me a bag just before the light turned green. I had no indication and honestly, I didn’t even check because I’ve never had a problem and didn’t even realize that something had been left out of my bag.
I did not get the employee’s name, but somebody needs to look on the store camera’s around 5:50pm today and find out who this guy was and give him a pat on the back or a small gesture of appreciation. Talk about taking customer service to the next level! He definitely took what could have been an aggravating situation when I realized I was missing some of my food and turned it into a really big positive.
Looks like I will keep coming back on my regular trips! Thanks man, you really gave me a giggle and something to smile about for the rest of my trip!! Looks like faith in humanity is not totally lost after all….lol

Yes, they open late, but the quality and presentation of the food are terrible; I Tried McDonald’s 0.2 miles away! Customer service was excellent by Heather!
