Will not go to this location again. I told the cashier I had an order on app and was going to place an order. When i gave her the code she said it only pulled up your name. I’m new to the app. Wasnt sure what should have pulled up. I ordered the impossible burger. It was not good. The patty was cold, I usually can’t tell that it’s a veggie burger it’s so good. I couldn’t even finish it. We also got 2 Whopper Jr’s with cheese. They weren’t hot either. The fries were hot and fresh but no season.

I should have trusted my instincts. Food was done as soon as I made my drink. Cold and old, got back to my truck and the cheese fell off my sandwich… that cold luckily we were already moving down 85 under a hot load. I’d give .5 star if I could. Never again, now I see why the parking lot is always empty when I come for fuel

This place was a disaster. When we ordered food, we were told the oil used for the fries hadn’t been changed all day, she was sorry. They were out of onion rings and coke. The bathrooms were blocked off. My nephew waited almost 10 minutes for his food and there was only one other customer there. The only person working the counter went outside to smoke, and another customer came in and left since no one served him. When we left the girl who was at the counter was outside, two cars away from ours, smoking a joint. I have never seen anything like this. It was not good.

Just left this establishment after standing at the register for 5 mins waiting to be greeted and place my order. Even after 5 mins no one came to the front. I could hear someone opening the boxes and saw what looked the manager go into an office multiple times, even after making eye contact with me. I can’t really comment on food, seeing as how I didn’t get to order.

We got two of the flattest original chicken sandwiches this evening. Opened them up and discovered that they both looked like this. Disgusting. Definitely not edible, definitely not worth $5 each. Old chicken and nothing on them. This use to be a great location. How could anyone allow this to leave their line to be served?

Super friendly staff who’s willing to fix their mistakes. Unfortunately is overshadowed by the fact that I can’t go there without either something being wrong or missing things entirely. Seriously, I haven’t been able to trust what’s in my bag the past several times I’ve been. And as willing as they are to fix it, it’s still an inconvenience to have to keep going back to get things fixed in the first place. Again, super nice and always clean.
