Food tasted terrible. French toast was super mushy inside and not cooked properly. Biscuits were hard. Drive through employee try to be sweet but she seems like she cant handle the workload. She told me to come to the window to finish the order and then she wanted to check me out for only what i ordered in microphone so far. She then tells me she having trouble managing front desk and drive through together since they are short staffed. This bk should hire more staff.

11:30 PM Sunday night drive thru experience was top notch. The young men running the show were very professional. I was shocked how well it all went. Hats off to them guys it was a refreshing throwback to when good service was a thing!

The place was filthy! The drink machine had soda splashes dried all over it. Thankfully the ice was out so they filled my drink behind the counter. At least there was a chance that was clean – I don’t want to think anything else. The table had so much grease on it that I could write in it. You could see wipe marks in the grossness! I’m not sure if the chunks on the table were droppings (which had to come from the open black painted area up high).

Have been getting away from fast food but loved whoppers in my youth and get one once in awhile. Stored in for a whopper special. Young man working the register was drinking wine taking orders. Service was slow. Condiments on burger did not match what I ordered in the app. Meat had no taste. Made me decide I could give them up totally.

Zero stars was deserved but one was necessary to leave this review. It took 35 mins to get food and only 3 people were waiting. No sorry about to wait or anything from the manager as he handed over my food. Not even a thank you! Don’t waste your time or money here.

Claims to be “home of the whopper” but we show up through traffic and construction to we have no meat. They only had fried chicken on a Friday afternoon, shame your location is NOT ready for the weekend.

This is probably one of the worst run Burger Kings I have been to. We moved close by about 4 months ago and in the 4 or 5 visits to this location I have had to wait between 25 and 45min for a three or four person order with no special instructions. Did not matter if breakfast or afternoon. The staff tries, but they are incredibly short-staffed. Usually there are three people trying to run the whole thing and no one is at the front counter or they ignore you. The couple times I did drive thru it took a long time, cups literally covered in soda, no straws, no napkins and the fry containers were half full. Orders are typically correct but it takes a REALLY long time. We now drive 10min further to Hamilton Mill because we get back more quickly.

Food was very disappointing. Service was great. Burger tasted like some type of chemical and there was all mayo no mustard no pickles hardly and meat was stiff with no taste.

5 minutes to get my order taken, then 20 minutes to get the order. I was the only person inside and drive-thru was not busy when I pulled up. A person from the drive-thru came in because they forgot a chicken sandwich in his oder.
As I’m typing this, two people just walked out because their orders were not being taken and they were waiting for too long.
