Been coming here for years. Now listen these guys are on top. This is the best burger king in the world. The morning crew is always on top of everything. Not to mention the night crew is on top too. Never had a bad experience. So what if you forget a sauce were all human. Better then all other fast food places.

I’m impressed with the new building facelift….these folks make a good burger and it’s always been good at this store but it’s a whole lot nicer with how fresh and clean everything is now. Worth it to give it a try if you haven’t been here since the remodel.

Went through the drive through, placed an order. They sent me to wait in the parking lot as usual. When the food was finally brought out, it was not correct again. This is a recurring situation.

Rude person at the window got mad after we sat at the 1st and decided to drive forward as no one ever came. Im sorry that you have no help but don’t take it out the customers because when you do that them you’ll be out of job. Maybe next time you should say im by myself it will be a few minutes before I get to the first window . As for the food its fast food you get what you pay for sometimes anyways. Rant over im in the business that deals with customers and I would never take out my day or whats going on at my job on them. Be greatfull you have a job.

If only food would be prepared to look like the photos! I ordered breakfast this morning and was highly disappointed. The fully loaded croissant didn’t look loaded at all. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant was more of an egg flatbread sandwich. Croissants are supposed to be light, fluffy and airy not flatter than flatbread. I spent more money here on a disappointing breakfast than I did yesterday at a local breakfast spot. I never do reviews but I am so tired of crappy food being tossed so quickly out of the window. Especially here in Cleveland. Do better people! The only good thing about our order was the Coke Zero

Went through the drive through employee gave it to us slammed the window right when we touched the bag, didn’t give us a chance to ask for any condiments, frankly I like ketchup with my fries. They definitely need to polish up on Custer service.

Not only was the wait unreasonably long for how few people were in line of in front of us, but we were cut off in the drive through while ordering and not able to finish our order. We were able to add it at the first window, however, upon reaching the second window, the worker handed us another order that was not ours. We were able to exchange that bag for one other bag that had one item that we had ordered. We ordered over 5 items. When we told this to the drive through worker, he or she was extremely rude. We were not given our full order until we asked three separate times, and not even then was it correct. Still didn’t get a coke and I didn’t order the sweet tea they ended up giving. We also asked for barbecue sauce and were given one single pack of barbecue sauce for all 3 items that required barbecue sauce. So we had to turn around and go inside to tell the worker that they are incompetent and to recieve our Bbq sauce. Ridiculous and I wish I could say it was the first time but it’s not. At all. This location really sucks.
Also, they served us brown lettuce in the wraps – obviously old and not something if have known if I didn’t open it to check their incompetence.
