Workers are very welcoming and friendly..Even though they stay busy, they still got my order out in a timely fashion, with everything being fresh and my whoppers were well put together and not just thrown together. Being attached to the TA store it’s expected to stay busy bc u have truckers in and out all day and its located right at 16 exit, so if u visit it and it’s busy show some grace to the workers. I will also like to mention the Host Rick, he was very friendly and mentioned alot of options they do have available, for example, u can get half and half with fries and onions which I didn’t know. Overall I was very satisfied!!!

Worst experience I have had in a very long time at any restaurant!!! Went through drive thru ordered the lady said 31$ for 2 sandwiches I thought she just miss spoke I pull up to the window they said the same thing I said that can’t be right she put 4x my order I said no that’s not right got my order fixed well prices are wrong on the menu that’s for sure 21$ new total fine whatever I get the sandwiches and there both wrong never going to that place again I would avoid

Absolutely the worst Burger King I’ve been to. I ordered a number 2 large, a number 8, 2 orders of the chicken fry meals, 8 piece chicken fry, and an 8 piece mozzarella sticks. I got home and realized the people in the back can’t count I got a 12 piece, a 9 piece, and an 8 piece but they got my money and I didn’t get my food. 4 meals 4 French fries or so I thought 3 fries and not one of them was large. All I’m saying is make sure you check your order before leaving because I spent over $65 here and it’s not worth the price and the food is crap!

The first pleasant visit to this Burger King started when George took my order. He was pleasant and friendly and patient with someone who doesn’t usually eat at BK. The food was good and the area clean. Having a gas station there is convenient since I was on a road trip.

I asked for a slice of cheese on my impossible the lady charged me for 2 slices. When I came back she said it’s automatic but I always get charged for 1 slice when I order 1 slice not automatically 2. Then she’s telling the manager part of the story as if I ordered 2 and said I only got one but leaving out the part I asked for only 1 to begin with and she went upon herself to charge me for 2. The manger rectified it though so they get some credit for that.

My food was so good! I was surprised how fresh my croissan’wich was because it was almost time for breakfast to be over. I should have taken pictures, but I ate it. Ooopsss! ♀️ Oh I almost forgot about the cashier at the window she smiled and told me to “be careful.” I appreciate her kind gesture.

11/22/25 Our group would have liked breakfast but ALL of the employees were in the cooking area like nothing on the outside existed. We ALL waited for a few minutes and listened to what they did the night before. Then we ALL left with nothing! Thanks for nothing!!! Are you in this to make money? Ir gossip about Friday night? The Health Department need to shut this place down. There was trash and flies everywhere. Tables were very nasty with dried food on them. Whomever gave this establishment a 95/A rating need to be found and brought up on criminal charges. This is the filthiest place I’ve ever seen.
