I went to the burger king today and got lunch for my manager and myself. She ordered a vanilla milkshake shake. You would think a plain vanilla milk shake would be white right? It’s white with black stuff floating around in it! Our food was good, and the lady at the window was nice though. But um….. what is this stuff in her milkshake?!

Bad experience every single time. The brown skinned girl at the front cash register with tiny dreadlocks is very disrespectful and the rest of them are just playful all of the time and they constantly mess up orders. Whoever the store owner is should be ashamed of him/her self.

My wife has already had an issue with this Burger King before but after a year since the issue we decided to give it another try which was a huge mistake! My wife & I went to Burger King Sunday September 7, 2025 at 12:22pm. We ordered the 5 meals and had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. After getting our food my wife & I doubled checked it. We were missing a sandwich and a small fry. So my wife went and told one of the workers what we were missing. Her response was, ‘Well I didn’t see that on the order.” Cashier heard it & said “Well it was.” So after her telling the sandwich maker that we needed our sandwich it took another 20 minutes just waiting on that sandwich and small fry. When we got there, there was no one besides us in the waiting room. After we ordered there was a good bit of people also getting aggravated on how long it was taking their food to be done since BK is considered a FAST FOOD BURGER JOINT! My wife watched the person make the sandwich and place it on the sandwich slider under the heated light. So I mentioned to the lady that our sandwich was up there & we just needed it and a small fry so we could leave since we got ours to go. She said ” Well right now I am fixing everybody else’s food, I will get to that sandwich in a minute” Now after watching her she was missing half of the peoples orders so it wasn’t that hard to put our sandwich and fry in a bag while waiting for the food she was missing. Kept making comments to the other workers saying ” These people act like they got no patience when we’re up here working out butts off.” I went and sat back down to eat my food while we wait. My wife stood up there. She turned to my wife & said “What’s the problem now ma’am?” My wife with an attitude said, “I’m waiting on that plain chicken sandwich with mustard and a small fry that’s just sitting up there.” Finally she bagged our items and we left. Needless to say we had to reheat up all of our food besides the chicken sandwich and small fry because it all got cold waiting for that chicken sandwich & small fry. We won’t be back. Ya’ll need to get rid of some people.

The lady at the second drive through window was very rude and slammed the window when I asked if I could get a large drink and when she got it for me she handed it to me didn’t give me a straw and I said thank you and she slammed the window shut again. What happened to customer service?

We stopped by for breakfast this morning while waiting my car battery died. I do not know the lady’s name but I hope she knows how much I appreciate her help with jumping us off this morning because she did not have to do that. This is my favorite burger king to come to and we never have any problems here. And that just goes to show how great the people that work here are.

Cashier put my order in wrong and when she repeated it back to me I had to correct her. I get home with the order I took out the two medium onion rings and one was over flowing and the other was a mix of onion rings and french fries. They also tasted like they had been sitting there for a while.

Not very fast or attentive. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day. We’ll I have to say I went back another time and it was absolutely a totally different place. The staff was attentive, very friendly and more importantly the burgers were just absolutely perfect way to go Burger King.
