If I didn’t have to leave any stars I wouldn’t. Worst experience ever!! Don’t eat here, the ugliest most HORRIBLE customer service I’ve ever received. All because they got my order wrong and I got an attitude in return. I wanted the food I ordered and was told I was holding up the line, by the manger. I asked for a whopper meal no onions w cheese, cut in half. She was loud over the speaker and said she heard all of it but yet I didn’t get no cheese the first and 2nd time. If you see this you need to take what ever issues you have up with God. Don’t come to work on no bs and rush orders because you’re ready to get off. You’re rude and need some self reflecting, have a better night‼️‼️

The Sponge Bob Meal has the city on a frenzy, my kids had me driving around the city searching for this thing, I called this location and the manager said they had it so off we went on a mini road trip from the west side of georgia. I must admit it was a bit pricey but well worth the smile on my kids face.
I really appreciated the kindness of the staff they were very friendly with the kids they even came out and place crowns on the girls and called them little princess.
I highly recommend this place for great service seemed understaffed but very attentive to your needs the food was hot and fresh

If I could rate it lower, I would. My brother just considers this location closed because they’re consistently out of basic items like fries. What Burger King has no fries? And don’t expect to use the drive thru. They’ll just tell you you have to park and come inside THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU ORDER SPEAKER. Does the window not work? What’s the purpose of a drive thru that doesn’t take orders? Absolute waste of a prime location.

Horrible experience everytime. The manager has no customer service experience. I waited 25 mins and she comes over to ask if im ordering. She waits another 10 mins to take my order. After I tell her my kids wanted a #1. She says theyre out of whoppers. 30 plus mins for nothing.

I have been coming to this location for a few months now, my first time visiting here wasn’t a great experience the employees were rude the food was even worse.
Whopper Wednesday drew me back here and I must say the customer service was on 10 the food was even better

I arrived in the drive thru at 8:10 am, and didn’t get my food until 8:28. The girl at the window gave an excuse for the long wait. Saying that they have to cook the food. However, the coffee was cold and my croissant was stuck to the wrapping because it had been microwaved. I also ordered my sandwich without cheese, but they ignored that request. Things will be so much better when chikfila opens again.

Might as well call it quits baby. This place has no ice, no drinks but sweet tea, NONE of the dessert items on the menu, no ice cream, no frozen drinks, no ketchup. The drive thru is always slow and the employees just don’t care. They stood there looking at me texting on their phones no saying hello or anything. It’s literally laughable at the service level of this location and it seems the ownership, management, or corporation all collectively don’t care. I simply will never return… fed up.

Very rude lady! Waited a few minutes to order. I told her my order several times through the speaker. She kept wanting to add bacon I told her I wanted just egg and cheese! I drove around and she had an attitude telling me I couldn’t order at the window. I told her you weren’t listening to the order and than she wanted to take my order and I drove off. Last time I stop here
