Ordered through the BK app so there should be no way to mess up the order details. Wife ordered whopper with extra pickles and cheese, substitute onion rings for fries. Mine was no pickles, add cheese and substitute mustard for ketchup. We got home, checked our burgers and the receipt. Wife’s burger had extra cheese and fries not onion rings! My burger had ketchup, extra pickles and cheese, and onion rings on the burger. Both burgers contained still raw tomatoes and wilting lettuce. Total incompetence! . Will not eat there again!

The Food taste like burger king food, nothing too fancy smancy but it’s what you would Hope for. The service is nice, a lot of workers seem Friendly to customers! Also, the atmosphere is nice, when I got here it didn’t really seem like something I would expect from a fast food place- it’s very clean and open unlike some other burger kings. Worst service ever. The young lady working the front counter definitely needs more training. I stood there and watched while my burger just sat there. The staff was so slow and could not seem to get my order done. Two other double bacon burgers were completed on the opposite line. So I asked could they heat it back up. Then the girl gets the fries and drops them in the bag one old fries and one fresh fry. I got frustrated and finally got a managers attention. She threw the first burger in the trash and remade the burger. The girl working the counter should no how to call out what they need to help the line know what’s next. The only person who was working fast was the girl in the drive threw. This shift on 6/03/25 at 1:00 pm has no communication. General manger of this location definitely needs to stop by. I will try again and I’ll update my rating then. I hate too see food go to waste and money being wasted especially this day and time. I’m already spending almost $20 and I didn’t even order drinks. Customer care is the most important way to bring in income for your business.

I love this location for breakfast. I usually come here before work on Saturdays, and every time I do I am greeted with a friendly face. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My food is always quick and hot, and the employees are always so nice. I always get a warm welcome and a kind “have a good day!” Kudos to the management for keeping your employees happy.

Very rude uncaring staff, I truly wish them misfortune. I have diverticulitis meaning I cannot eat things like sesame seeds I made this known thing to the worker and even checked if they were able to use the chicken sandwich bun to which she replied yes. So you understand my anger when I unwrap my sandwich and come face to face with a sesame bun. Don’t waste your money here. They’re dogwater.
