My order was messed up and Rinika replaced the whole meal for me. Drive thru order taker didn’t seem happy to take our order and made an irritated sound when I told her how I wanted to Burger was just no ketchup which is why my food was messed up

We gave Burger King 3 tries. Each time something went wrong. The first time it took 20 minutes for them to make 2 shakes. The second time they gave us a wrong sandwich. Today they forgot a sandwich completely. When I went inside to request it, I waited 10 minutes and still had not been given a replacement. However an employee who ordered some food was served right away, ahead of 2 gentleman who ordered before I even walked in. She was ordering when I came into the store. I find it crazy that she was served above customers and no one could be bothered to take care of my one burger. Really slow service and no effort to make a good impression. Do not recommend!

This is a good fast food place to visit, but the lines tend to get very long. The service here is not very fast. They do offer the best prices in the fast food industry. Depending on the time of day when you visit, you may find yourself behind 10 or so cars in the drive through line. If you choose to go inside, they tend to cater to the drive through so you end up waiting even longer for your food. Many times they will say the ice cream machine is down. Come to find out, they just don’t want to refill it. Some managers allow the staff to fill the ice cream machine and once it runs out they do not refill it and tell the customers that the machine is down. This is quite frustrating to those who were craving ice cream!
