Upon arrival to the restaurant the manager that was on duty was very nasty and disrespectful!!
She didn’t want to answer any questions about the menu every time I would ask her a question Rashida would continue to get upset, and then she walked away from the register and just left me and my husband standing there. she also started to talk about church folks with attitudes and very nasty when they get out of church and she had just talked to her grandmother and how she was telling her grandmother how people will come in the restaurant with attitudes and all of that realizing that we’re sitting in here having lunch, but she continued to go on and on and on like she was just really trying to insult the whole situation because we were just getting out of church. it felt very uncomfortable sitting in having lunch. I stopped eating and as many times as we have busy restaurant, I have never felt so insulted by a manager on shift and she continue to talk to the staff in the back about the situation, knowing that we were sitting in the lobby having lunch.

We ordered two hamburgers and were served two burnt meat patties that were very harmful to our health.

When we asked for replacements, we were given two other burnt patties, and we had to throw them away because they were inedible.

I’m not sure if they even know how to make hamburgers or grill meat properly, but eating something like that could be very dangerous to one’s health.

I’m deaf I come get my boss dinner .. before I heading to work the night Superviror lady with dread locks hair at Burger King , is very disrespectful / discrimination and yelling loud though window and tell Employees to ignore me I was driving window she keep against me she have bad attitude, roll eyes and they refuse replace the food I told her why food cold not fresh I order whopper cheese combo and large drink and fries . I came to store try find. Gerneal manager. She said every Monday. I will report them. When they show up. I have. Proof pic of her . I will let my people. Know to not. Going there. Because that behavior and discrimination not good for us . We will go different Burger King safety .

I ordered from here a few days ago, and the food was great, so I decided to come back. I ordered online for pickup just like I did the last time. I was parked at the Walmart down the street, but I waited about 10 minutes to head to the drive thru so that they could have enough time to prepare it. I had the confirmation on my phone and the money had been taken from my account, but when I got there, I was told “there’s nothing we can do because we do not have the order. Someone must have picked it up already.” No suggestions or solutions on what comes next or any kindness/sympathy, so it felt like “oh well, go figure it out yourself.” I figured it could be an app issue bc I’ve heard things happen sometimes, but you mean to tell me there was absolutely nothing that could be done? Even with all the info on my phone? Or if someone somehow did manage to pick up my order in the ten minutes after I placed it, the store couldn’t remake it since they made the mistake of giving it to the wrong person? I have never patronized (or worked at) a restaurant where that would not be the first solution. I left hungry, disappointed, and $12 poorer

On my way to work, I ordered the advertised Crispy Whopper meal, but I was given a regular Whopper instead. I had to turn around and go back. When I walked in, the manager wasn’t friendly at all and told me they didn’t have the crispy onions. I asked why I wasn’t informed at the drive-thru, and on top of that, the burger still didn’t have the BBQ sauce or onion rings it was supposed to come with.

She then turned to the person making sandwiches and asked if he even knew how to make the advertised burger—he said no. She started explaining it to him, but he picked up a broom and started sweeping instead. She just stood there, and no one made my sandwich. After about five minutes, I had to speak up because I was going to be late for work.

Eventually, the manager said she would make it, but even she kept asking the sandwich lady across the way how to prepare it. They also kept my receipt and dumped an excessive amount of salt on my fries.

Overall, extremely disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend.

I ask for my food to be fresh amd the guy with the dreads said I need to go somewhere else amd once I asked for a refund he came from the back as of he was finna come to my car amd fight me the young lady which I assumed is the manager was very nice to me amd went and made my food herself she wears glasses however please look at the employees you have cause people will only come of it’s the last thing open u don’t wanna be a last resort but top priority amd there’s no way I’ll come back to this location

Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The drive through ladies had a terrible attitude—unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. I would NEVER trust someone around my food based on the awful interaction while trying to place my order. Good service matters just as much as good food, and this place missed the mark badly. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place unless management seriously addresses staff behavior.

I ordered my food online as I work nearby. I went to pick it up. The girl in the window clearly did not want to be there, she had absolutely zero customer service. I out the bag in the seat next to me and drove home. When I got home I discovered that they had dumped the 2 large fries into the bag and tossed the fry containers on top. From now on I’ll drive to Riverdale rather than come here again. Absolutely disgusting behavior

Now listen, I really try not to eat fast food as the caloric intake is not my friend. However, advertising is a mugg. Picture it, Atlanta, 2024. I’m in the gym the last few days and I keep seeing the commercial for the new Fiery Collection. Finally… I was unable to ignore my desire to try it out.

Deciding to grab some BK on my way home, I logged into the app and began to browse the “Limited Time Only” collection. After going back and forth over beef vs. chicken, I decided on chicken and ordered the Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

With a “Spice Level of 5, this chicken sandwich features a crispy white meat breast filet coated with a Fiery glaze and topped with crispy Fiery-seasoned bacon, pepper jack cheese, juicy tomatoes, crispy lettuce and creamy Fiery sauce – all on a toasted bun.”

Also, shout out to Burger King for the Free Fries via the App!!!!

After placing my order, I headed to the Drove Thru when I got to the location, provided my name and was advised to pull to the second window. Can you say EXCITED! LoL!!!!

At this point, the wait was FOREVER. There were two cars in front of me, however, my wait was about 17 minutes. #Geesh

Upon arriving at the second window, it all made sense. There were only TWO (2) employees inside. One at the window and one cooking. As such, I had to extend grace and be understanding. The young lady at the window was super nice. She greeted me again, confirmed my name, and handed me my order.

When I got the bag it was Hottttttttttt. Oh yeah baby… that can only mean ONE thing… FRESH FOOD!!!!!

The fries were piping hot and so was the sandwich. Win, Win!

As we all know what the BK Fries are all about, let’s talk about this Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

Listen here, whoever designed this sandwich truly understood all it took to curate a good sammich. Yes, I said sammich. Furthermore, whoever was in that store in that kitchen and put this Fiery Masterpiece together TRULY understood the assignment when it came to delivering on the Burger King Goodness.

This sammich was worth ALL 930 Calories and I will for sure have it again before it departs. Matter of fact, I need to try the Fiery Whopper and Fiery Mozzarella Sticks!!! Yeah, I’m going to have to go double time at the gym the next few weeks. LoL.

Ey, do yourself a favor and if you like heat and flavor in one… go get you a sammich.

Being pregnant and going out your way for your craving and having them completely disregard everything is so annoying. I asked for everything fresh because every time I order from them through doordash it’s cold. I thought coming in person would be different but was so wrong. They didn’t even make anything fresh I can tell they just reheated an old burger and they forgot the onions on a whopper.
