I ordered a whopper Jr. No pickles and onion rings with a fruit punch…. So why was my sandwich riddled with pickles??? My onion rings was over cooked, now once they were under cooked… I’m too tired and it’s 98° to get out my car again Besides this is not where I wanted eat….

It was a long wait for a mobile order. I ordered 3 combos, all 3 was “thrown” in one bag. Burgers on the bottom was smashed down. Chicken wraps were half open & sauces on top of that. I asked for ketchup, they gave me 3. We had 3 large fries. .

One of best BK’s in Georgia.. The bathrooms are clean, the staff was friendly, and my food was hot. I loved the guy Assistant Manager’s customer service. He will brighten anyone’s day. Everyone was so nice.

As is typically the case with this location, it was a huge disappointment. I spent $6 on a “melt” but when I got back to my seat with it, I found it had a regular burger bun on it. The whole point of a melt is the Texas toast, so it was nothing more than a small, sloppy burger. The mushrooms also tasted like they came from a jar. I also ordered the cheesy tots, only to find it was nothing more than a regular tater tot. They cut corners so often it’s not even funny. The manager should be replaced.

I moved down here from Ohio and I thought wow the people are so nice and polite until I went through burger king drive thru! They were so rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Yes I have worked fast food in the past and I’m not saying it’s an easy job, but the customers that come through are who are getting you a paycheck. We have this entitled generation that think they deserve more than they do and think there is no consequences to their actions. Well guess again!!! I called and talked to who said she was a manager and all I heard on the call was mhm, mhm, mhm,!!! Then she hung up on me!!! Grow up and appreciate the people who are putting the money in your pocket!!!

After waiting in line and placing an order, when we received our food one of the sandwiches was missing. We were informed that because they didn’t ring it up correctly, we would have to go back through the drive thru because they can’t “hold up” the line to correct our order. If it had been done correctly the first time we wouldn’t be “holding up the line”. Also fries completely turned over in the bag and the coke taste like soda water. This location is a waste of money and time. So glad Burger King could spend money on a renovation, but clearly none was invested towards staff training.

i was in the line at burger king at 10:20 & the line was backed up so i called and asked if they would still serve breakfast to the people in the drive thru , she said yes so when i got up there i ordered breakfast and she woman says “we on lunch” i said , “i called and she said if i was in line before 10:30 i would still be able to order breakfast” and she just kept repeating “we on lunch” and i completely understand that but if you say you’re going to do it then do it!! also, the attitudes and rudeness from this place in general is absurd. on a normal day ordering from the regular menu there’s always going to be something wrong with the food or they are out of whatever you want. these people are lazy & RUDE!! they spent the money on the upgrades but can’t get a handle on their staff. people like this shouldn’t be allowed to work in public.
