I got the Whopper JR. meal because I’m not a big burger person. That’s a good thing, because other than a slider I’ve never seen a hamburger as small as a Whopper JR is now. It’s a Kids meal. The bright side is the restaurant had a good score on the health inspection.

Um it litterally smelt like poopy diapers and there was a big fat juicy roach squirming around by the fricken counter. 10/10 do not recommend!!! Golly gosh. Very messy.

I came to have dinner with my children at 8 at night and we all know that children just want to play so before ordering I asked if they still had the play area open and they said that it was open until 10 but after ordering we were about to enter the playground and one of them told us very aggressively that we couldn’t go in because she already had to close it and I told her that they told us we could go in and she said she didn’t care that we couldn’t go in

I used to love this Burger King, and I don’t know what happened to this franchise. I get my veggie burger and it was neat plus they had hot fries… we went there tonight and waited so long in the drive thru. So I go inside the order was wrong, but the young lady was so nice in trying to correct my order so I give her 3 stars! Corporate please come and check on your store! I’ll check back and see have it improved to get 5 stars! Update: 7/27/22 still sloppy OMG

The New Franklin Rd location was very nice. My last trip there was satisfactory. They were polite and the food was warm with a decent wait time (That is saying a lot these days). The restaurant was clean and looked well maintained. I recommend this location.
